I was contacted the night before my move that the truck I reserved was not available at the location I reserved it at. This last minute change of location and change to online pickup instead of in person set me back an hour in the morning. This was very frustrating, and wasted the time of the people I had helping me move.

The uhaul leaked water all over my stuff would have not rented if it leaks

Oil was filthy, engine knock was annoying. Office was a shed on a used car lot. No supplies available and the printer not working.

Brothers Miguel and Victor were EXCEPTIONAL. They were fast get gentle with our things. I was blown away. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Charged an extra $40 for a "cleaning fee", but I had swept the truck and returned it cleaned. I asked for clarification on this charge and received no response. I'm guessing this location charges $40 for everyone who returns here; a dishonest practice.

I went to pick up my rental and was greeted by a delightful gentleman. He made the experience quick and easy. I needed the truck for a 25-mile move. I was not told about having to refuel, I assumed that since it was a small job it would not take much gas, but I was wrong. No one was available when I returned the vehicle, or I may have been told to run and get gas at a local station. I also had difficulty using the app to check the vehicle back in upon my return, There was an extra charge of $20, which seemed like a lot for only 25 miles. I would, however, rent from this facility again.
