Over charge
Djamshed MLocation was good. I only drove 17 miles and was very surprised to pay $26 in gas when the tank only moved .125 lower. $75 for an hour and a half seems very high.

KENNETHLOUIS JCornell was unprofessional, very short tempted, nasty with awful customer service. There was a technical issue with the app when I uploaded my drivers license. I asked Cornell for help because the app said that my license was uploaded successfully (although it did not upload on his end) and he steered at me. I asked for his name and he immediately he threw his hands up. Teddy on the other hand jumped right in. He exercised patience and help complete my reservation. He apologize for Cornell’s behavior.
Michelle LI needed GPS for my travels and there was nowhere to put my USB when my phone battery drained. There was however an outlet so be sure to have the box as well because there is a plug destination. Happy travels.
tonya WI originally reserved a cargo van from the UHaul of Bensalem online and scheduled for a pick-up of the van at 2pm. When I arrived, I was told there was no van and I had to go to another location. If a van is not available, then it should show up online or get me a notice ahead of time. The 2nd location as more helpful.

carlos mMichael was very helpful sorting out the contract drop off location issue,as was Lisa from the call center. When the drop off location issue couldn't be changed in the computer, they put me on the road with a pen and ink change and their names for contact if there were any issues in Florida.
Edward RNothing as far as I'm concerned! The staff was courteous and professional, and even warmed up the vehicle and pulled it around to the front of the building for me! They were great, and I'll rent from them next time!

Michael Swe did an after hours drop off and our card was charged yet again for another $40 because the gas line was not at exactly half. The employee i spoke with to get clarification wasn't helpful and was rude. Will never use Uhaul to move in the future.Way too much money.
