VERNON BTake away the part where your phone needs to be at 100% charge. I've had trouble 2 x's now checking in because my phone wasn't at 100%. So frustrating and ridiculous.
Deborah WAbsolutely superb!! Even though U-Haul's national office called to tell me that the truck I had reserved was not available, "Peace of Mind" quickly straightened things out. Note that U-Haul national sent me to U-Haul in East Petersburg, who had no record of my reservation. But "Peace of Mind" quickly set my mind at ease. I could not ask for better service.I already have recommended them to others.
Robert WClean the trucks a bit better. The windows were dirty. The floor in the cab wasn't very clean. The change oil light was on the entire time and was very stressful as I didn't want to get stranded. I understand all of this was due to the office being closed over the holiday weekend. I don't feel this should reflect on them...you asked so I told you. As for the location, the people there were very friendly and helpful when I called to reserve the truck. If I ever need to rent again I will certainly call them.😊

The office was super clean and so was the vehicle. Everything was ready right on time and they made my return a breeze! All in all a wonderful experience and they will be my rental location of choice from now on!!

The driver seat felt so comfortable as I drove over 1100 miles in about 26 hours with no discomfort at all which is unusual for me. Thank you again. I will be renting from Peace of Mind Self Storage again.

Randy WVehicles need clean (because i would not want to get in trouble for leaving the car dirty if it was already dirty when i got it) and have signs for parking or where to park so it's not interfering with your business but also so we don't get towed in case it looks like we're just some random car on the side road.
