Santos PClean U-Haul and the location was well managed/run. No problems whatsoever. This will be my go-to U-Haul location.

RANDALL BU Haul had agreed to give an additional mileage allowance since I had to go out of my way for the pick-up. In switching over the trucks they didn’t transfer the additional allowance so I got charged for excess mileage.

MONIRUZZAMAN CUnfortunately, I scraped a car in a parking lot. I purchased the $28 insurance and was told (when I called) that the insurance only included damage to the truck? However, the notes say $1m in liability included? I reported the car damage to my insurance carrier? There. Was no damage to the truck. Can you advise if my addl insurance purchased should have included liability to repair the car I scratched?
David WTruck had check engine lights come on while renting it, kept shuddering as though it was going to shutoff! I was told I could drop it off at the nearest location, then I was charged extra because I didn’t return it to the original place when it would have left me stranded on the side of the road if I did!

MARIA GI was moving from Georgia to Tennessee and the route was across the mountains. The truck needed maintenance on the transmission and the brakes as both struggled when climbing or descending at an incline. To be clear, the gentleman at the location was awesome… professional and helpful. 5 stars on the customer service. Only concerns were due to the truck itself.

JOEL CFacility was unexpectedly closed due to emergency. Regional manager drove over and met me at 11AM and assisted with trailer pick up. Very nice that he did this and saved me driving 30 plus miles to pick up trailer. Thank you.

Steven PI have a storage unit here so I thought it would’ve been an easy process. The online process is what caused the dissatisfaction. The u haul online rental technology is not ready for this transition as it gives little direction beyond the reservation. Their so called 24/7 rental team is also not suited to deal with issues when the technology fails. Their chat line is worthless. Overall the worst rental experience in 25 years.

David PBryan(?), was courteous, professional, knowledgeable and patient in completing my reservation. Advised their operating hours and identified the return hours and policy’s. Too bad we don’t have his schedule, as I recommend going during his hours!!!
Edward GUhaul self check-in app was extremely flawed and would not let me complete the check-in due to numerous errors in process pictures. This was very frustrating as I attempted it multiple times while in the rain. Luckily the Uhaul facility went above and beyond to check it in the next morning.

ROBERT SEverything worked as expected. I have to comments that I’d like to make. 1- The app is not easy to navigate and crashed many times. This needs to be looked at the customer’s perspective. We have a time constraint, a lot to deal with and the time spent trying to understand the steps, vidros and crashes. Too many steps. The check in and out was definitely a move in the right direction. 2- The gas gauge accuracy. I made the point to check the amount the gas I had to refuel. I got the truck with 3/4 gas of thank and after reaching that point the gauge did not move. I end up filling it up to full. This is not just for the money, but we fell cheated. The expectation of a that it would be working properly and we would have to refill to the point that we picked up; no more or no less. I am not happy about that.
