Originally I ordered a 20' truck. The day before I was told that was not available and my only option was a 10' truck. I made it work but had to take twice as many trips which racked up a lot more miles than necessary.

RES # 28509905 was for 17' truck from Martindales . I received 15' from Pierce. I incurred extra costs due to mileage for extra trips and because it was returned late Pierce who left me several rude voice mails. I want my account credited due to your mishandling my reservation.

We ordered a 26foot trailer from this location on line days ago. I received an email today it was now scheduled at another location 30minutes away. After I arranged my whole team of movers and time frames I now have to deal with this issue. Very upset. Will make it known to public.

When I booked the truck online, I booked to pick up in Mays Landing, NJ. I got a phone call the night before my pick up that I had to go to Ocean View. I had to drive almost 40 minutes further to pick up the truck than what I had booked online. This added to the already stress of moving. The guys at Ocean View were great though and nothing against them. My complaint is against Uhaul as a company.

No real drop off area. Owner complained to another customer were trailer was dropped. Used this dealer before and didn't have any problems. Would use again.

The owner where I picked up the truck was awesome. There was an issue with the online checkout. The prior renter forgot to leave the keys, and the owner at the pickup location helped me find an alternative. He was terrific and supportive in finding an alternative. Truly great customer service and made a difficult situation very easy for me.

In North Carolina my service was not good they sent me to a place 40 miles to pick up the truck and it was not there and I had to drive back home and wait till the next day it delayed the people that were going to help me it upset me because I reserved a week in advance to avoid these problems a 50.00 credit did not do anything for what the delay cost me they never even called me to tell me the truck was not available the first location by my house told me no truck available then I was sent to Raeford 40 miles from my home got there and no truck available no calls as I was told I would receive when I made my reservation so I was not able to get a truck for the day I reserved it. It was horrible customer service and I never received the pads and was made to believe I had them in the truck and drove back to store and told they didn't have any but was charged for receiving them and only after going back to the store was I credited for not getting them that was another trip back I shouldn't of have to make please feel free to call me at 910-916-6670 because it was horrible service in picking up my truck and shady business practice making me believe I had the pads and charging me for them knowing you didn't have any on hand I hope these concerns are addressed the drop off place was acceptable

Operator was late to location, My rental was an hour late because the operator wasn't even there to rent the vehicle to me. Then he gave me a vehicle that didnt have air conditioning which i had to drive for 900 miles in June. This will probably be my last uhaul rental ever unless you guys give me some kind of financial refund.

The facility was ok but the back sliding door of the truck was missing the coils/wires, that enable the very heavy door to be opened and shut easily. In fact, when my grandson was closing the door, the door slammed down and he could have lost an arm. It was extremely hard to open also. This truck should be repaired immediately before someone loses a limb or is killed. Please reply to this comment. Moving was very difficult.

The experience of renting and returning the truck was fine. However I am completely unsatisfied with the billing process. I only drove 20.4 miles, added $5 (a little over 2 gallons) of gas prior to returning the truck. I was charged for 9.4 gallons (a little over $42). Please explain to me if you drive slightly over 20 miles , that I would owe 11.5 gallons of fuel. I expect a full refund for the fuel charge.

Needs to improve on Communication and figure out how to get the GPS to bring customers to the location of U-Haul. The U-Haul and GPS location do not match each other,the exact location down the street which makes it more time-consuming and a little difficult to find...
