Vehicle was filthy -cab and storage area. I had to clean before using delaying my move.

James FHave an orange key drop box. Have people work at the gas station know how to help customers drop off a vehicle. They did show me where the combination U-Haul lock boxes were on the propane tank cage. They didn’t have any other information to help me. I called today and was told that they don’t do U-Haul anymore.
THOMAS GMake it easier or have better directions picking up the truck and getting the key, it took us over an hour and half getting the truck when I had movers waiting at the house to move. It was very complicated. But the truck in general was clean and good.

Anthony GGas station attendant took key and had me write my name and phone number on a scrap piece of paper so he could check it in the next morning. He never checked it in. I found out when I started receiving emails and phone calls several days later.

Christopher PConsidering it is the only available place in town I would recommend it if people did not want to drive. I actually selected a different pick up place, but UHaul called Thursday (my pick up was Saturday morning) and said that this was the closest place with the trailer I was looking for so I went with it. We had to wait for at least 15 minutes to be waited on and then the girl who came to hook up the trailer, missed the ball hitch as she clearly was not that well versed in hooking up trailers. She was pleasant and I felt sorry for her. She definitely was trying.
Ann SI dropped off the trailer on 13 April at 6:05 pm, there was no attendant to do the receipt. They changed the drop off time/date to 15 April 7am. They charged me over $170 wrongful drop off fee, as I checked in early they could have called me so I could get it fixed, they did not call. I even called them on April 14 to see if there were any problems. Also the week prior I went to this location to get a trailer rating for my truck as recommended by U Haul, they said they did not do that. They only perform it for vehicles they rent.

deborah ggreat experience retiring the trucks... only issue was we pre paid for three days. and was charged more when we returned the trucks ..they said we only paid for one day...??? I think that's a haul issue that need to be resolved....

John SI had 24/7 pickup, I followed the steps and kept getting key would be hand delivered message. I checked with the people at the service station and they said no Uhaul rep. available. Call the national number 75 minute wait, had them call me back and when they did I was put on hold. An hr after my pick up time I contacted local rep. she gave me the code to get keys. I ordered 2 dozen moving blankets and a appliance dolly either were on the truck. Then I called the local rep once again and she wanted to send me on a scavenger hunt for my missing equipment. Simply put the worst experience in my 72 years having moved several time.
Wallace ZFirst of all get the location name correctly. The location was listed as a Sunoco Gas Station, when in fact it was a Valero Gas Station. It caused me me pass it and turn around several miles down the road, which caused me to use gas and cost an additional $11.50 , also I was charged a additional $20.00 for drop off even though I dropped a day early in the early afternoon, and required no assistance. Experience was fine until the end.
David RThey said our blankets and dolly were in the back so we left. Got an hour away and discovered they were not. Drove back to get them and they said they were out of the Dolly we ordered. We could NOT use the appliance Dolly for our furniture. We ended up paying for a Dolly and blankets that were never used.

LOIS SThey have limited hours and even then I got no receipt at the store when I return the trailer. I was told the manger was able to help. The manager told the clerk to just have me drop the trailer and go. Unhooking the trailer is Not a 1 person job as there is not tongue jack or wheel and no what to choke the wheels at the drop site. Poor service at the return site is a understatement
Gary RI feel that i was over charged and the payment still hasn't cleared and it's been 3 days!! My amount should have only been $100 I was charged $165 then had to pay $11.80 in cash why? When will my money be returned?

Ted HReturned truck in less than 12 hours but was charged for an extra day even though the confirmation email was sent before the supposed check in time for that day. Could not use self check in on that area because internet didn't work.
MARY AQuick and easy! Needed a trailer last minute. Trailer was so easy to pull. Whole process was better than expected! Very happy with experience and rental location.
Donald LAfter reserving a truck I called to confirm they had the truck on site. I was told yes they had it. On my drive to pick it up I received a call that they did not have it. I was offered a much to large truck. When I went to pick it up the truck I originally requested arrived back. The truck was not disinfected or wiped down with any cleaner. My pick up time was for 9am and it was after 11am when I finally got on the road. I was very late for my appointment and I am very dissatisfied with my experience.

William CJust difficult to rent , it problems. After so many miles should have been put into a better rate . Have rented many times here , never a break, cost me over 160. To pick up a couch. Rent a lot in Inkster on Michigan Ave. in and out A-1 when I have to drive far they put me in a better rate on the miles. When I rent from the pearl beach Sunoco I don’t even get a call as to what the total is . When you return a piece of equipment there, you just leave the key and your phone #.nobodyever calls. You just see a gouged on my card ??
david dNo one available to assist in disconnecting the trailer from my vehicle! I am disable veteran with one leg, which makes it difficult to connect or dis-connect. On a scale of 1 to 10, I have to give an overall rating of a 2!!

Mike MThere was no vehicle available at my pickup time. I had reserved it on-line. It took more than a half an hour before I walked out of there since they had to check in a vehicle for me to use. The employees were very nice and helpful, but I had to pay my moving team an extra hour for delay.
