It was out of the way for me, and I don’t live near it. Having to pick up my U-Haul from there added over an hour to my day. Having to do all of the pick up paperwork online and running into issues with it with no physical person to help meant another hour because I ran into multiple system issues. None of that was this locations fault, but I would suggest not having an unmanned U-Haul pickup location until you work the bugs out in your software. This cost me 2 hours of my day, and extra gas.

The rental was not available for the time that I needed it. I also was over charged for the rental. there was no coontact person or a way to get in contact with anyone that worked at the peddlers location. I had to reach out to uhaul customer support serval times.
Shanta CNo one there to help. Called the number the guy sounded like he was asleep and said park it in the field behind the place. Well I didn't, I parked out front bc the grass was 5 feet tall. Never would answer the phone when I was out front. So I dropped the keys in the box
