Very poor customer service. I waited over an hour just to pick up my rental truck even with advanced reservations they had to enter the whole contract manually and then couldn't print the contract so had to wait for her to call u haul costumer service for help.Vidal C.

* Old Shady hills was great. I ended up there after the location at 111 Peach Tree Dr, spring hill could not help. Apparently UHaul changed my reservation from a 10' to a 20' and i did not want a 20'. the guy at peachtree was very rude after i couldn't take the larger truck. I ended up old shady hills and got a 15' which was not what i wanted either but all they had. I don't think uhaul should change your reservation and charge you more, i think there should have been some accommodation for the change, I had to pay more for a larger truck than i wanted or needed. Not sure that is the way to do business! as far as my good ratings, that was for the people and stores them selves.. as far as u-haul as a whole i am not happy, and not sure i would use you again.!Florence S.

Thelocation was great but the main Uhaul reservation had a hard time fufulling my reservation trying to bump me from a 15' truck to a 26 and this went on minutes before my due time. The location was great but Uhaul has to get their reservations down better.George G.
The first uhaul company we called scheduled this for Pee Gee pick up location at 12:30. However when we got there they were closed at 12. Very unprofessional of the location on linden st in Spring Hill to do. It was extremely awkward and almost didn't work out however the shop manager happened to still be there and let us in and helped us out. Otherwise we would have been scrambling to find a truck, or just not bothered to use uhaul again.Mamie R.

This place is a service station and the office is a complete disaster. Although the woman there is very nice, the place was unkempt/filthy and cluttered. The van was basically new, just about 2K miles on it.....but was obviously not swept out by a previous renter as there was sand in the footwells on both the driver and passenger sides. Picked up the van at 1016am for an 8 hour rental and was told that closing time is 6pm...and for after hours return, park the van, lock it and drop key into drop box. I returned the van at 700pm....and the key fob did not fit into the drop box...this needs to be addressed. I called and left a voicemail on the location voicemail.... I left the van there and took the key home and had to return on SUNDAY morning to return the key...her first remark to me being: you brought back the van but did not leave the key and she chastised me because she had to 'turn down a rental and send it elsewhere"...â€¦...I'll use other locations going forward, thank you very much. I have many other things to do on a Sunday morning than worry about returning a U-Haul key because the slot on the drop box is too narrow for it to fit.Steven W.

I brought the truck back early. I was charged a second day that i didn't use. Uhaul owes me 40.00 plus 14.00 for coverage. I had the truck less than 24 hours. Also i put extra gas in. I Am sitting on hold with uhaul right now for 16 minutes so far. This is ridiculous.Victoria G.

2 dozen pads short. The location had to obtain pads from other sources however, could not locate necessary quantity. Uhaul never responded to my complaint regarding shortage of pads that cause us to make 2 trips versus 1 that would have been capable if necessary supplies were delivered as reserved.Keith M.

To Whom it May Concern: This letter is being written in reference to my displeasure and anger with my recent U-Haul truck and auto transport rental on September 21, 2017, traveling from Springhill, Florida to Clermont, Indiana. Contract#: 91656665 (truck) The windshield wipers were worn out, and squeaked the entire time in use and smearing the rain against the window making it very difficult to see especially at night. Those wiper blades should had been inspected and replaced before renting out the truck to me. Contract#: 93683443 (auto transport) Secondly, the auto transport that I rented turned out to be dangerous, hazardous, and perilous to use. Four hours into my trip, I stopped to get gas and noticed the left front strap had fallen off the tire. Being a female, I was not able to put the strap on and had to ask a complete male stranger at the gas station to help me. He struggled with releasing the tension, but was able to readjust the strap back onto my tire. I stopped the second time to refuel, and again, the strap had fallen off. I became so concerned about my safety, I was stopping every 100-150 miles to check the strap, and every time I stopped, the strap was off the tire. After the third stop, I came to the conclusion the crank holding the strap was broken and not locking. If it wasn't for the passenger side strap holding my SUV, my vehicle would had of the carrier. THIS EQUIPMENT SHOULD NOT HAVE BEEN RENTED TO ME OR ANYONE ELSE! Because of the distress, anguish, and suffering I endured pulling a U-haul auto transport from Florida to Indiana, that I feel jeopardized my life, I'm requesting a full refund of $198.09 on the rental of auto transport and compensation of the worn out windshield wipers. The office was so full of smoke you couldn't breathe. The brochure was given in Spanish. The truck was clean but the oil presure was none. We had to stop to get oil after we got the truck packed and 20 min into our journey. We had to hope and pray it didn't breakdown from Florida to North Carolina. This is something that should have been checked prior to renting it.Candy E.
When I got there they had the wrong size truck for me and the one they replaced it with look like the truck has not been washed for 6 months and the inside was not clean. I could not drive the truck over 60 mph with out the truck shaking badly. I have rented from Uhaul every move I have made in the last 25 years and never had a truck as bad as this one. I will have to think hard about renting another Uhaul truck the next time I move.Michael M.

Joanne was a lifesaver, after we were refused a drop-off at the (allegedly 24-hour) County Line Mini Storage at 111 Peachtree Road, Spring Hill, FL. That man refused to take the truck, even though it was only 4:14pm. In frustration and panic, we drove back to Pee Gee Enterprises, which we had passed on our way to the supposed drop-off point. Joanne at PeeGee was welcoming and incredibly helpful. Kudos to PeeGee, and I would discontinue providing U-Hauls to that horrible man at County Line Mini Storage.Melinda R.
