CECIL TMake sure the back of the truck has been swept out and the truck is clean when I picked up the unit there were leaves in the back of the truck mud in the passenger side floorboard in the front and mud down the passenger side. The truck also ended up costing about an additional 65 dollars than I was quoted and I even took it back with extra gas in it and swept out and the blankets folded up and put back into the bags even though when I picked it up they were all around the back of the truck and only 2 in the packages where they belong
DONALD JAfter walking in I was being helped in less than a minute. The staff were great. The whole process of renting took less than 10 minutes. They hooked up the equipment and I was on my way. The staff was attentive and helpful from the time I walked in until the time I drove off. Very top notch. This was the easiest and fastest equipment rental I have ever done. I highly recommend using this location.

ASHLEY CThe issue was the lack of communication. When I reserved the truck, I was told that Dustin would meet me at 11 am to pick up the truck. When I arrived, he was not there. I called U-Haul, and they were super helpful! We learned that he had made the pick up a 24-hour pick up, but it took 30 minutes for us to reach him and figure out that it was a 24-hour setup. He had forgotten to put it in the system for U-Haul to know that he did it on his end. Other than that, I am glad that this service is offered in Liberty! And I hope that Peggy Suess continues to offer the service with U-Haul

ROBERT SHad to text a number from a handwritten paper taped to the window because they were at the Dr. to let them know I was there to pick up the truck. After waiting for someone to arrive it was another 20 minutes wait for their computer to boot up.
