within 30 minutes of driving we still had no heat. The motor to the heat would not even run. It was 22-25 degrees all day. I called UHaul support within the first hour of rental. they gave a suggestion on maybe how to get the heater working, it didn`t work. I did rent work 2 days but returned the truck within 12-15 hours. I never got an email conformation it was returned nor any refund of the extra day NOR and free miles or ANYTHING since we froze all day!!!Rodney W.

My moving pads that I paid for were not given to me. My order was cancelled without notification the day prior to my move. Awful experience will avoid U-Haul in the future!Austin H.

This is U haul in general, not the rental place. The truck had a cracked windshield the entire way across, the tires were not winter tires and we rented in December in PA. We had bad weather and were unsure of the trip due to tires after spending $200 for the day.Kimberly L.

My only problem was with u haul itself. They didnt have a trailer at the place I wanted to pick it up at on saturday. So u haul rescheduled pick up 20 miles further away and on friday. A day earlier and 40 mile round trip costing me more money I hadnt planned onEric H.

We lost at least 10-15 minutes loading and unloading because the key would not turn on. We had to keep trying to move the steering wheel so that it would finally allow us to start the truck up.Paul F.

My wallet fell out of my purse and behind the seat without my knowledge. The Uhaul route manager as well as the owner came on a Sunday to unlock the Uhaul for me. Great customer service!Christina S.
