Have trucks and equipment available upon pick up please try and fix it I had to go to 3 locations and had a problem with the return as well not goodJO ANNE L.
I paid for a 26' foot truck. It was perfect for what I needed. I picked it up on 4/20/21. It was to be returned on 4/21 by 9am. I finished with it around 830pm on 4/20/21. I took it to this location to drop it off. The location was so dark I had issues finding it but once I arrived I parked the 26' truck on the end of the lot and dropped the keys in the box. I tried to check the truck in from my phone but the app would not recognize my location. The next morning I called uhaul to verify they had checked the truck in. The office admin advised me that they had. 3 hours later I was charged $132 for an additional day. I called uhaul customer service and they stated I still had the truck. Meanwhile the truck is sitting on their lot. They stated they would have to send it to the management in order to have my money refunded. I also call this location directly and left a message which was never returned. I was supposed to hear from someone at uhual by 4/26/21 but had not. Today I reached out to uhual again to find out that my complaint had never been sent and I have to wait another 1-3 business days for a manager to contact me. All of this could have been avoided had the staff at Peoples Auto in Canton taken the time to walk outside and see the truck on the lot.JOHN M.

I'm very unhappy with this rental. First, I don't understand why my online quote for the rental was 74 dollars including taxes and insurance and then charged for nearly double of what I was quoted at 140 dollars. This feels very dishonest and misleading.ANGUS H.
