ASHLEY FMoving in thw winter is not fun but renting the Uhaul made it easier. The clerk made sure I was all set and scrapped ice off the windshield and made sure the locks weren't frozen.

JASON LUsed car dolly. Went to use straps and they were frozen together in a knot. Took 30 minutes to get it apart. Told them upon returning and they didn't seem to care. No discount or any compensation offered for our time to make their equipment usable.
