DRACY FI always have luck at this location, and can never say anything but the best about them. And I will never forget that I left a milwaukee impact wrench on a trailer and they actually called me back about 20 minutes later to tell me to come pick it up.

Kieth KThe agent was super helpful for me. He put the trailer on the back of my truck and hook it up so I didn’t have to. I was very impressed with him when I returned the trailer because he met me out in the parking lot and unhooked me and sent me an electronic receipt.
Jim VShawano was great. The worker was very friendly, knew what he was doing, and the process was seamless. Our reservation was for Clintonville. That was a different experience. TWe had to wait several minutes. First we rang the doorbell and there was no response. Then we tried a couple of phone numbers and finally got someone to answer and a couple of minutes later come to the site. They had no internet so had to contact Uhaul by phone. They did not have the truck we had reserved on site. They did not seem to know what they had there. Did not instill very much confidence. We will go directly to Shawano next time.
