The equipment I reserved was not available and I wasn’t aware until pick up. It made my move twice as hard. I would have rented somewhere else if I had known.

This is not the experience I'm used to by U-Haul. First off, I made the reservation a MONTH before, so the least is I'd expect all of the equipment I asked for to be there before hand. I ordered 60 furniture pads. I only got 3 barely covering any essentials, and also got chanrged for 6! I had the reservation for 9am, but apparently this 'trusted store' forgot to leave the truck keys in the box outside, and I had to wait with the moving guys for a whole extra hour until the store opened. I called for assistance, the guy on the phone was absolutely amazing and he really tried his best to help and tried to see if I could get another truck from another nearby location, but he said that this store would be the only one with the requested equipment (specifically the pads). So, not only this store failed to deliver on time, they also failed to report valid information regarding availability of equipment. The only reason for that one extra star is the support person on the phone. I forgot his name though, he certainly deserves a promotion.

Excellent customer service. It was very easy to obtain a truck from this location and the same for returning it.

Great neighborhood location!

Location was convenient location from where I work. Self-check in was a little tedious, and truck had not been vacuumed out on the inside of cab. Also, there was something nasty on the center console near the cup holder. Truck ran perfect and got the job done.
