The manager was very professional and everything was in good order when I picked up the truck.

I was told my original reservation was not available at my pick up location. Then got a call night before that I had to change pickup locations and got larger truck that I needed. Gas was so low that gas light came on to my in town destination. Not happy with my experience at all.
