They need to fix the phone number. We called several times ahead to bring the rental back and never got a live person on the phone and no phone greeting to let us know that we had the right number When we arrived the lady was very helpful. She is a new employee and explained that the number was supposed to forward to their real number but it clearly wasn’t working. They are a new U-Haul dealer so still working to get things running smoothly. They have a good location and a good set up for renting and returning rentals. Once they fix the phone thing, we will highly recommend
