The app was horrible when returning. It would not except the mileage. we sat there for 20 minutes reentering it finally had to call the number to have them do it. Then I was charge for gas when i first picked up based on an estimate of milaege .No one ever said I had to put gas back in it. I thought because they were charging me for fuel based on milage that the was the only gas fee but when I returned it i was charged another gas charge of 53 dollars because i didnt replace the gas. Very confusing and a 39.95 truck cost me 189.00 and I only went 21 miles

Don MThey need to fix the phone number. We called several times ahead to bring the rental back and never got a live person on the phone and no phone greeting to let us know that we had the right number When we arrived the lady was very helpful. She is a new employee and explained that the number was supposed to forward to their real number but it clearly wasn’t working. They are a new U-Haul dealer so still working to get things running smoothly. They have a good location and a good set up for renting and returning rentals. Once they fix the phone thing, we will highly recommend
