Ken is the owner of this setting. He's a nice guy, but he needs more training on how to process a rental agreement. It took almost 40 minutes to complete the required steps...... I'm glad he had the trailer I needed during the busy Thanksgiving holiday rental period, but I would not use this site again if the equipment I needed was available elsewhere.mark R.

The owner did not make sure the car hauler safety chains were attached to the vehicle. He also did not give accurate information about turning in the rental at our destination. He said we only needed to drop off the keys but you have check out in person or on the app. This could have been costly for us.Valerie S.

It would be nice to have an employee at the Uhaul rental stations on the weekends on normal hours, considering that's probably when most people do their moving... in case of questions, problems, or other paperworkFrank R.
Perfect signage and instructions for keys and drop off . Not so clear for where to park the truck but as it is still in the same position tonight am assuming we did ok.Don L.
The service was friendly, but we couldn't use the 24/7 check-in because this location is rural and the cell phone service is sub-par. I could not proceed past the step to upload a photo for verification. I wouldn't recommend this location be available for 24/7 check-in. We had to reschedule our pickup for the following morning, and luckily the owner of Performance Transmission was at the shop earlier than their usual hours so he could help us with the check-in.Coral B.
The guy made me wait while he "cleaned up" as he was working in back. Then made me wait while he tried to figure out his laptop. Then he took my credit card and said it was for the trailer but charged me for insurance (i already prepaid and told him this). Then he made me wait an additional 20 min to redo this ( i express checked in) and take the insurance off.Thomas M.

Picked up truck in Marshfield, where it was parked in a gravel parking lot in the rain. The last person in the truck left a small residue of dirt on the floor mat, but unavoidable. This drop location charged me $30 for wiping off the floor mat. When I called them, he said he didn't have time to speak with me and that it was U-Hauls problem to deal with me! This "dealer" saw a 3 minute cleaning opportunity to make $30 bucks. Glad I never had him work on a transmission for me!!!JAMES T.

I received 20 too many phone calls and email notifications from different representatives through out wi. My pick up location changed so my brother had to get the truck, I called prior to and stated I did not want any insurance etc and they still added it and asked him to sign. I requested a small truck and was quoted 140 and at pick up I received a large truck at 190. Overall experience with uhaul was atrocious and I will not use the services again not will I refer anyone!CHELSEA Q.

I was supposed to pick my UHaul up in La Crosse, WI... The day before I was supposed to pick it up, UHaul called and said that something got messed up and now instead of conveniently picking it up in the town where I was located... And where I was told it would be... They said I must go to Trempeleau, WI that day, otherwise if I waited until Friday (the day I was supposed to pick it up) I would have to drive to Prairie Du Chien, which is over an hour away. I was very unimpressed with this, because my reservation should have been upheld, even when UHaul made a mistake. I drove past the location where I was supposed to pick it up and there was more than one UHaul there, in the size I requested, for the entire weekend... I made my reservation months in advance, I think it should have been upheld.Jaimie W.
The pickup was originally scheduled for Bions service station. I had made a reservation two weeks ahead of time and when I got there, there was no trailer. We were then sent to Trempealeau and when I got there the place was closed. I was then sent to Galesville and I could not find it. I eventually ended up back in Trempealeau and rented the trailer.AL W.

The next time a customer asks for a truck to be picked up in La Crosse, I am advising U-Haul to make that happen. There was a truck in La Crosse the day I needed to rent it and I was not allowed to take it because I was scheduled to pick it up in Trempealeau. Having to drive 35 minutes to get the truck, wasted a good hour of mine and others' day to move. I know I tried to "switch" the location on-line Monday morning...however this should not have made a difference in where I originally would have picked the truck up. I was not pleased with this outcome.DIXIE L.

The only problem I found was, the towing dolly I asked and paid for 2 wheel. However due to unavailability they had installed 4 wheel towing dolly so I had to pay 20-30 $ more which I never asked for. The overall experience was nice and convenient. I would really appreciate if I get the difference back as it was not my fault. Thank you.KALPESH P.
