A truck was not available at our original location. We were referred to location 46 miles away from our move. This was very challenging. We ended up calling back and found a location 30+ miles from our move. Disappointing that we could not have picked up a truck at our original reservation location. We incurred additional cost in the move because of this switch in location for our reservation.
