The UHaul app requires uploading pictures of any damage to the vehicle PRIOR to taking it from the lot. This location has NO INTERNET AVAILABILITY which prevents the renters from competing this important task. This location should provide internet access for customers to perform the needed steps on the app, or provide another method of indicating the prior damage to the vehicle. I spent over 20 frustrating minutes attempting to work with the app at this location.

alan f1st truck had check engine light on after I left location. Called location and immediately exchanged for another truck but never updated service contract. On returning truck I was charged for fuel and mileage was below starting mileage. The people that helped me were nice but didn't seem to know what they were doing.
