Fast and easy drop off
SHANE HPersonnel was excellent and proud to present the new designed ramp trailer. My experience was simply great can’t think of anything to improve on it.

I added a trailer the morning of my rental date before the store was even open, pulled up to location when the store was opening and employees already had my truck and trailer ready to roll! Juan MATTENDANT DID NOT SECURE THE TRAILER TO THE BALL ON THE HITCH AND IT CAME OFF OF THE HITCH BEFORE WE EVEN GOT TO THE LOADING LOCATION.
MELVIN RFirst the system was down when I was supposed to pick up my U-Haul and spent 4 hours trying to get it. Then I got double charged for it which over drafted my account. Nothing was done...just a $40.00 gift card for a future rental and have to wait 3 days for the money back. Can’t eat cause I have no money. Can’t get my medicine cause I have no money.

Samuel MThey rented me a truck with a broken side mirror. It was taped on with electric tape and you could not adjust it. It made it terrible to drive. You could not see it make any lane changes and was VERY UNSAFE driving it. VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THIS RENTAL!
Ladena LI purchased the appliance dolly, was not in the trailer it self asked for a refund and never got one.
Willie HWell:Customer service was awesome! The U-Haul reprentive give me so many option's so i can make my choise, but i travel to far to get my dualy, but i think is like that,after that everything is perfect.
