Manager was very rude and unattended. He marked the wrong gas level in the sheet. I was in a rush and when I got back 5 miles completed trip I showed him that the gas was marked incorrectly and he talk me it wasn't his problem that I just had to deal with it because I didn't confirm the level before I left. I stress that I only drove 5 miles total and he just walked away from me. I don't expect that kind of service from no one.JOAN M.
Oh was advised that I would be accommodated for poor experience and dirty truck and was not I got charged full price the employee was not on site I had. To wait almost 2hours to pick up truckRACHEL C.

Quick, easy access and very friendly staff. The 24 he option was extremely helpful since I had to get the truck after hours. Would definitely recommend this location to friends and family. Also the fact that they do storage and have moving supplies makes it even better. Thanks again!Anthony C.

First the amount of gas that those chevy boxtruck consume is ridiculous, 2nd you can't ezpect me to previously measure the distance to let you guys know and charge me for the whole extra that I didn't use the truck, 3rd with this Covid killing people the least you can Do is clean the cars before renting it. And finally a truck that was advertise as 19.99 and tha I only use for 7 miles I ended up paying almost $80 with the gas.LUIS S.

The truck was old and worn down. The engine stalled and the latch was very difficult to open and close and because of this, my suitcase rolled out and I was robbed and list all my personal belongings such as passports, important personal files with all my information. All my shoes, clothes, jewelry, medical, medical machines, and much more along with luxury designer items that I know won't be returned.MARIA A.

This was my first time doing the mobile pick up you have to put more Instructions, example if someone is running late that the reservation will cancel out. I had car issue could make it at 1:00 in the dot I got there like 2 something and I was about 40 minutes trying to figure how I will check in and get the keys until I gave up and called customer service and they reset it then I was fine. So if a customer has a pick up time you must say make sure to be there on time unless it will be cancel! But everything was perfect. Thank youJESSICA I.

The gentleman who works there, I believe Anthony, was there the day of pick up and drop off and he was amazing! I give him every high praise I can think of. He was super friendly and well informed. He even went out in the rain to help inspect the truck. Very professional. Unlike the personal storage on commerce center drive. I tried two day in a row to rent from them and at two different times and each time they were magically away for over an hour. I would recommend the Broadview location any day!Ashleigh A.

There are bees being kept on the property next to the u-haul rental office. My wife was stung in the process of picking up the u-haul. The buildings are also well off the main road and hard to find. Lastly, there is not paved parking lots to park in.ALEXANDER H.

All I did was an after hours drop off. The location was dark and had no clear spot to park trucks. I parked in the sand and almost got stuck.Rachel J.

To begin with the attendant wasn't there which delayed me an hour. Her sign said she would return at 11am. At 12:05 she returned. To make matters worse; the tongue of the trailer was sitting flush on the ground with no block under, nothing. The tongue on a 12 foot trailer has to weigh in excess of 200 pounds. 95% of people can't lift that. I will never rent anything from this location again and will tell everyone I know to avoid as well.MICHAEL W.

Driving two hours without a radio or cruise control is not ideal. I have never had this problem with the Ford trucks I have rented. This is the first time with a GMC uhaul and it was miserable.Threnody H.

Reserved online. Pickup was for 10 am. Got there to pickup truck and no one there. Only a kiosk. Entered the kiosk. Spent 10 min. On kiosk phone with an assistant trying to figure out how to get the truck. Employee finally arrives. Tells me I can't get a truck using kiosk. He goes inside the office and assisted me by phone. Had great difficulty understanding him on phone because of bad connection. Total time from start to finish, 30 minutes. Not going backDonald B.

Representatives did not check the truck prior to renting. Once the truck was returned I got charged for something that was used by the previous customer. I explained to the rep that the dolly was not used by me and I was told the truck was checked and It was zip tied, which it wasn't, once I got home and opened the truck the dolly was sitting in the middle of the truck. I live on the third floor the dolly would have done me no justice.Felicia W.
