I had a great experience renting my truck at this location. Tony was very helpful, informative and cordial. The equipment was in great conditions and it helped made everything smooth for me. I would come back to this location for future truck renting.

Representatives did not check the truck prior to renting. Once the truck was returned I got charged for something that was used by the previous customer. I explained to the rep that the dolly was not used by me and I was told the truck was checked and It was zip tied, which it wasn't, once I got home and opened the truck the dolly was sitting in the middle of the truck. I live on the third floor the dolly would have done me no justice.

Anthony went above and beyond he stayed late to help me when I was running behind. He helped me hook up trailer lights and ensured they were working. Explained every detail in an easy to understand fashion. Anthony is a true example of what a manager should be.

The attendant was great she did a good job. The truck was clean but needs maintenance. It was making a bad noise when accelerating. Also the A/C was set to defrost and would not switch to the vents.

The girl there took a long time with her computer but she had a nonchalant attitude as if it was my problem and to wait. She stated it takes her an hour everyday for her computer to come up and she did not seem to have any sense of urgency in having me checked out. Eventually I just took photos of the truck, left the keys and left.

We mad an appointment at 1pm got there at 1250 and when we walked in the manager said oh I was just about to leave. I said I made an appointment. She huffed and puffed and sat down. She had no idea how to use the uhaul program. Told me nothing would be charged not even a hold. Slide my card and it "didn't work" slid it again and it worked. Now I have two damn charges and ur company doesn't know what to do. I'll never use this company again!

The manager was annoyed that Uhaul set up the pick up time at noon because she closes at noon. THe equipment requested was not onsite. I was over charged for my rental and the manager just told me it was taxes and fees. I was charged twice for the truck rental. I had to call Uhaul to get this corrected. I still need an updated invoice for the correct charges.

The first location I selected on the website was out of business! Your website would be much better if you had accurate information about locations. Wasted a lot time. Also, locations in general are very bad about answering the phone!

Equipment came from another location lady there did not know anything about tow dolly's tow dolly was broken truck was not maintained terrible experience broke down twice in U-Haul got stuck at a hotel and they had to come fix the truck twice and still did not repair it or the tow dolly told Allie needs to be garbage

Looks like the computer system frizzed several times, which diminished the experience. However, the lady that assisted me covered this flat with great attention and courtesy.

I was charged for a dolly that I didn't received. Office closed an hour early. And charged me for another day. Worst customer service I've ever received. I've been in the military for 10years. And have used uhauls everywhere this was definitely the worst.

I had to change drop off locations twice over the phone because my original drop, Baez Electronics was closed when I dropped off and there was a hand written note on the door stating there was no drop box and any unattended equipment left would result in a $50-$100 charge. It was very unprofessional and unlike anything I've come across in the 10-15 times I've rented from uhaul

I turned the truck into David Garcia, later that morning I got a e-mail I owed nothing more. Then that after noon I get another e-mail My credit card was charged another $56.00, so I call David and ask him why, he says he don,t do that, u-haul doe's. He told me the phone # to call and I got no help. Well I went back to David and he went out of his way to help me with the problem, I would recommend his company to any and every one. Excellent man.

I think if you had some cost comparisons at each location to show you are less expensive or at least offer some alternatives to moving, although this is counter productive to U hauls business plan. Customers are tired and afraid when they drive trucks that are huge and scary on the road to think that they could kill themselves or others, this fear makes moving even more stressful, so U haul could remember that and make every experience that any customer has the best they can and go over and above to make that experience a more pleasurable one, like immediate recovery, such as when a customer is delayed because of faulty rental equipment and the trip is delayed or they have to stay the night in a hotel, U haul should gladly offer to pay for that night or even arrange for a hotel because of the inconvenience and offer something to make the customer feel like they are appreciated, not warn them that the cost of the service call might include a fee that the customer is responsible for if the faulty equipment isn't somehow the responsibility of the U haul company, even though it was working properly when you rented the equipment initially. I would suggest that every single independent U haul manager be schooled in the particulars of the stresses of moving and understand that only the death of a spouse is worse and do everything in their power to make you feel like you are the most important customer in the world, kind of like Disney. Maybe the Disney company could teach U haul a few things about taking care of guests, I know when I worked there it was paramount that each Cast member learn this company rule. Honestly I will never use U haul again and I will never recommend it to anyone I know and I will do everything in my power to dissuade anyone from using this company, That is my suggestion. Oh and by the way, when your equipment fails and the customer has to stop their traveling due to U hauls malfunction in their rental equipment and the customer is late returning the vehicle, you don't charge them for taking an extra day. This was by far one of the worst experiences I have ever had in my life and I graduated Nursing school and lost a child, and this ranks right up there with those two!
