Fuel was stated as “Full” it was in fact not. As soon as I pulled out from the parking lot it dropped. As proof of I drove less than 23 miles and put in 6.59 gallons to top-off! This is approximately 3.3 MPG. I frankly don’t care however it would be very unfortunate if someone run out of fuel because of this inaccuracy in the fuel gauging! Thank you!

IRA JI have had several issues with the traffic control office in Clermont. On this reservation specifically I was belittled, disrespected and yelled at by Kimba. I would be embarrassed and outraged at the quality of service she provides. The staff in this office need a review of their responsibilities and how to properly complete their tasks. I have had previous issues with heidy as well cancelling my reservations and admitting “I messed up” on a call when I tried to sort out the reservations. I’m not sure how in the last 6 months the service and ability of the agents in the Clermont office has declined to where it is now. I rent probably 20-25 trucks a year, the last 3 reservations have all been messed up or cancelled by your agents. Danielle and Julio from PMS on the other hand are AMAZING. They go above and beyond and work hard to build lasting relationships with their clients - something the uhaul agents should take note of.

Vivienne CThe person I worked with at this location was very friendly and helpful. This was the first time I’ve ever rented a truck and I wasn’t familiar with the different truck sizes. He showed us the inside of.vehicles and helped us make our decision. My reservation was for a vehicle too small for our needs. He happily changed our reservation to a larger vehicle.

Louis MThe truck was clean. The truck had mechanical issues. - Lots of grinding noises when accelerating. - Loss of interior fan air intermittently, especially when accelerating. - Lots of vibration at higher speeds, possibly from tires.

Chandravati pVery unhappy at the fact that we were charged $30.00 for fuel when the truck was returned with the same amount we received which it was 1/4 not 1/8 like they said. I will need this to be adjusted and credited to the credit card presented . I think that was incorrect charges. I took stamp time pictures of truck before I left, but upon return, the young lady said no it’s ok, just leave when I said to her about the fuel etc. unfortunately I trust the fact that this is a company I have used for years and this will not happened. I should have taken a photo. 😡
WANDA LI would like to say first that everyone I talk to was super nice. Would highly recommend! I rented a motorcycle trailer, the running lights on the trailer did not work. The brake lights worked. The turn signals work but no running lights.

Theodore CTo begin let me say the employees there did the best they could. It may as well have been self service. Took way too long to get hitched up. They couldn't get the tongue jack to work. Finally I said lets just pick it up and slide it off. They sent me on my way. When I got to my destination I see a text stating I had to fill out a condition report before I leave the facility. When I got there to return it there was nobody there to help un load. The lady helping out, not even an employee, said just drop it there. I did. Noone came to check me out. Had to go round someone up. When the lady at the front desk got there she said no you can't drop it there. We went through hell hitching back up trying to get it in place. Had my daughter in the back of the trailer for counter weight so I could lift the trailer off manually. I'm 69 years old, we just spent six hours moving crap. The last thing I needed was to basically check out and check in the trailer by myself. I would never ever recommend this place to anyone. In fact, I think U-Haul should refund me every penny. Or cut me a check for the time I worked there. I charge $150.00 an hour for my time. Thirty minutes equals $75.00. Jeff Brown Clermont Florida Ridiculous.

Bladimiros SYour app is impossible to use. Unable to check-in because of issue with photo of ID. On return - check-out took over an hour again on the app that then charged 2 day rental for time of use when I returned before my 8 hrs. In person service was great. Your app is not especially at the end of a long moving day!
