My rental contract clearly said drop off was in Dunnellon, but personnel here disputed that. Said I had to take it back where I rented the “one-way” rental. Finally made a call and someone walked him through the procedure.

I picked up my truck during the evening, and it was well lit, so I had no problem accessing the key. Overall, I had a great rental experience.

Phillip CAs usual you're asking the wrong questions. Instead focus on improving that nightmare of an app. That joke of an app is a time wasting, unintuitive, hot mess and as user unfriendly as it gets. Your lack of respect for people's time is insulting. Clearly you have never mystery shopped yourselves otherwise you would already know this and have fixed the app.
