PHILLIP LLaura Nash was the person who saved this move!! I cannot say enough about how excellent she was to work with. We originally booked the rental with Automart. This guy was a total joke. The reason I booked with him was because he was SUPPOSED to open at 9:00 AM. We showed up at 9:00 and now one was there. There was a guy working on cars in the back yard. He called the guy and he said he could be there in 35 minutes and then change it to 45 minutes. It seemed that he was a bit bothered that we were the there to pick up the truck. Since he seemed to have a bit of an attitude, we went to Personal Mini Storage just because we saw then on the way to pick up the truck from Automart. Laura happened to be there taking some company tests for Uhaul and opened early when she saw us and to care of the problem. I again cannot say enough good aboout Laura and so much bad about Automart. In our opinion, Automart will ruin the Uhaul reputation.

DANIEL GSmall area for returns, weekday hours are limited, 10am to 2pm. No drop off box, just slit in door. Very tight area for returning a trailer. Ok, but i would chose a different drop off next time. N/A to personnel, no one was available.

KELLY SMy rental contract clearly said drop off was in Dunnellon, but personnel here disputed that. Said I had to take it back where I rented the “one-way” rental. Finally made a call and someone walked him through the procedure.

DAVID WThis was my first time renting a uhaul using the mobile app, and it went a lot smoother than I thought. Also, the pickup location made it easy for me to access my rental truck. I picked up my truck during the evening, and it was well lit, so I had no problem accessing the key. Overall, I had a great rental experience.

Phillip CAs usual you're asking the wrong questions. Instead focus on improving that nightmare of an app. That joke of an app is a time wasting, unintuitive, hot mess and as user unfriendly as it gets. Your lack of respect for people's time is insulting. Clearly you have never mystery shopped yourselves otherwise you would already know this and have fixed the app.
