The only issue was with the appliance dolly. Very rusted and paint chipped and peeling. Functional, but needs work. Jackie was great to work with.

There was one woman who made it very clear that she didn't work for UHaul & told us to drop the trailer across the street and I'd get an email within 5 minutes acknowledging the return. While unhooking the trailer(she refused to help) I wrenched my back and still can barely walk. Doctors are out of the question because I don't have insurance. I never did get the receipt for dropping off the trailer. I will NOT be recommending UHaul to anyone, in fact I'll be telling everyone I know to use anybody BUT UHaul.

When we attempted to return, there was sign indicating they were gone and would return in an hour. 2 hrs later we came back to return truck, and another sign on door that they would be back at 3:15. They came back, but...

Salesman didn’t know how to make the transaction. Very nice man though. The paperwork was for the day before not the day of pick up and the drop was set for FL not for NH as discussed. The price charged was dble’d as quoted. I have to make calls to fix this.

There was a few defects on the truck from previous renters but other than that the staff was very helpful
