Yes, Tri Storage is clean and has friendly workers, but I will not suggest someone to put their items in this storage business because their prices keep going up every year!

When dropped car off for parking spot only it was prorated on return I had to absorbed whole month no pro rated at end But other then that everything seem fine

It is a rat infested, run down slum. The grass is Never cut during the summer. Snake inside units. I was nice when I first rented unit, but the last few years it has become a horror.

The manager is very nice and accommodating however the storage facility is run down. All though I am satisfied with the storage I would not have selected this facility if i knew the area.
