Assigned truck was new with low miles. It was clean, but there were two issues. First, this is a completely automated location...meaning a smart phone is required. So I had to return home and get my wife so she could use her phone to complete the transaction...which took over 30 minutes. We couldn't select the desired drop-off point, and my text to the posted number is still unanswered...two weeks after I sent it requesting help. The biggest issue was the lack of running lights (tail lights) on the truck...this caused significant issues during the trip. Suggest actually inspecting your equipment before renting it out, and letting people know a smart phone is required for rentals.

The all gives the wrong location 5 min away. It's dangerous and dark and you provided no support. The location guy was amazing and so helpful I had to call multiple times trying to figure out where they were.
ROBERT MAttendant was quick to tell me where to park the truck and wanted to know if we were having a successful day. He acted like he cared and was interested. I made sure he knew about the hand truck and told me he would take care of it. Plenty of room to take the photos and satisfy the phone app. Wow do I miss the days when there was paperwork and a real person checking in/out the equipment. Call me a boomer.

Roseann PMaybe like stick to reservations or give a discount. I had to drive extra and get equipment and location changed multiple times and it was terrible. I wouldn’t recommend either locations ever again, particularly the East Wenatchee one how unprofessional.

Don't fail to reserve a vehicle an then proceed to send me 30 minutes away to another town an location that was supposed to be set up an wasn't either. Then get overcharged for a vehicle I didn't want from the start that was booked in advance.
