It took extra long time to do online pick up. It was late when we got home so we didn’t load anything that evening. The next morning we opened the U-Haul and there was a nasty molded set of couches inside. When I called the U-Haul company they were trying to get me to take it back to the location and get another vehicle. That would’ve taken more than an hour off of our loading time. When we called to ask about having someone pick up the nasty couches we were told that a manager would be in contact with us to discuss our options. I called Monday afternoon and they said that it had been submitted to an “adjuster manager” and he would be calling me within 24 hours. It is now 3:00 on Tuesday and I haven’t heard from anyone and our card has already been charged for the full rental plus additional $12 for fuel. I returned it with more fuel than I got when I picked it up. I have pictures to show along with the pictures I submitted online. The one lady that spoke to my husband said it was our fault for not checking the inside when we picked it up. He explained that we did each step that we were told to do (pictures of the front, both sides, the rear, and of the dash. She hung up on him.

David WI mistakenly left a review for uhaul that reflected on Peters Auto Group, under the name James E. The review in no way pertains to Peters. The service was excellent. Brian Peters, the owner, handled the entire transaction. He was super friendly, accommodating, and just all around great. The equipment was well maintained and in excellent condition. Location was easy to find. I'm unhappy with uhaul because they wanted to charge me $90 to drop the trailer off at a location closer to my house, but that had zero to do with Peters. After a week of trying to get uhaul to remove the original review, I just gave up. They were absolutely no help whatsoever. I would 100% recommend Peters Auto Group for any uhaul needs.
