We made a reservation thru U-Haul.com and they screwed it up. We were not able to get the truck on Sunday as planned. This caused us delays on our project. The local people were great to deal with and very apologetic for the U-Haul error.

Dale RBased on previous experiences elsewhere, I would never rent from U-Haul in general unless it was a very desperate situation, and they were the only place I could rent a van or truck from. I believe that your advertising is incredibly deceptive and a trap.
