Monday, 4/14, I went to office several times. Sign said open, it was within business hrs posted on door but nobody was there. Called # on door, lady answered but said to just leave trlr there she would check in when she got there. I asked if I was going to be charged an extra 2 days and why I should not be. She stated that it did not look like I would be charged. Tues, 4/15, I was charged for 2 extra days. I again went to office but nobody was there. Called # on door, lady on phone (office) screen shotted me her managers contact info and told me to contact him for reimbursement as she could not do that. I waited to make sure I gave them time to make the correction. 4/15 I went back to office-still nobody there. I tried to call # on door but no answer. I called the number screen shotted to me. The man was very agitated that I had his number. Was rude, "Well I dont know how you got my number" I explained my issue and his response was, "well let me stop what I am doing, get to an area and check on this". He did state that the correction was completed the day prior. I informed him that I had not received any email to that effect. A short time later, the email came thru. Note: The Bay Area Scheduler I spoke with on the phone on Friday would not help me with problem either.

No one was on site to load my trailer up and sign paperwork
Moises MThe truck was in good condition, but the extras we asked for were not in the truck and the tank had absolutely no gas in it at all! It took us over an hour to get a connection to unlock the lock box to get the keys to the truck. Not a good experience.

JAMES WThis location is closed all weekend, so when you drop off your rental truck or trailer, you have to find a place to park each of them and there is no assistance available at all, no matter the time of turn in.

belardo lThis location was unmanned and transaction was done over the phone so there is no one to help you and show you how to use the equipment properly. Also, car dollys do not have a stand to keep them up so you have to physically lift it and they are heavy. I went alone and ended up injuring myself.

David EWe came in after hours. We were told to just call and arrange a drop off location. We did that and were told the trailer would be checked in the next morning. Well, I got a call about 3pm the next day saying the trailer had not been received or checked in! I had to call only to Find out the lady failed to do her job and check in the trailer. She finally completed the check in after I had to call in inquire.

Linda BWhile getting the truck and the personall were both fine, the gas tank was just ovwe 1/4 full. When I went to fill it the gas pump clicked off every 10 cents or so so I put in $10. It never would fill so I had to add gas every few miles. Long long drive
