STANLEY KAgain, the process to complete the return was extremely slow. Apparently he had problems with the Uhaul app, serving other customers at the business therefore my wait at this location took longer than nessary.

SANTIAGO UThe vehicle was not cleaned and had garbage from previous run. When quoted KM usage, the attendant entered Miles instead which initially resulted in a quote of over $500. I quickly noted this and had to make the calculation myself for her to reduce the quote. She also wasn’t aware of the insurance and told me the $5 insurance was collision/damage when in fact it was for roadside. She also didn’t tell me I would be charged for both insurance options. All in all the attendant wasn’t fully competent to provide a good experience. The truck has high mileage and alignment should be done as it was veering out of lane without driver input. Im not sure it’s fully safe.
David SThis has bine the worst service I have ever had from Uhaul. I was charged 288$ for a key being cut that I put in the Dropbox that I have two witnesses that i put the key in the Dropbox. I was at the pick-up site at 7 am and did not leave till after 11am do to the towing equipment did not work for my car. If I do not get my 288$ back I will be seeking legal action. Worst experience I have ever had with Uhaul!!!!!!
PAUL FInside cab had some remnants of what looked like French fries on passenger floor. Air conditioning(fan) only worked on off or high. Other levels did not work. Overall easy location to pickup. Staff courteous.
debbie kWhen picking up the truck there was a lock on the back of it preventing me from loading. Called the office where I picked it up and was given the run around and eventually nothing but a promise to call back which never happened. After being on hold with uhaul for over 45 minutes I decided to drive to a location in Niagara Falls for assistance as I was now already delayed another hour to which I final had some assistance where they.removed the lock. I have never had so much go wrong in a move before now thanks to a simple lock this delayed my travel as the move was almost 4 hours away causing a lot of issues especially when I have two young kids. If uhaul is going to entrust their trucks to convenience stores and gas stations they need to make sure they're actually capable of doing the job. I was half expecting to open the truck to see someone stuff in it still instead just a whole lot of garbage and dirt.
Mya BUhaul had broken glass and chunks of dryway in it , and a pair of womans underwear by drivers seat in the front ! Absolutely Disgusting ,clerk did nothing about it when I returned told me. I had to call uhaul, I had pictures to show him. Picking up the you uhauls was incredibly bad. She had no idea what she was doing. I had to tell her to call customer service for help.

Anakira BThe staff were poorly trained and did not communicate well. The original reservation was messed up by the attendant on-site. When I got it sorted out with dispatch the truck I was suppose to get at 14:00 Hrs. didn’t show up until 16:00 Hrs. The rental process was poor, the attendant didn’t know how to enter the data properly and we were interrupted numerous times by customers paying for gas, buying lottery tickets, etc. I almost ran out of fuel because the attendant failed to tell me the tank was almost empty. I was compensated for my “troubles” but I wouldn’t wish the experience on anyone. To correct this situation I suggest U-Haul partner with a company that has dedicated customer service personnel who can look after leasing (ie. - Staples, CTC, etc.). The current “business model” doesn’t work.

Terence sWhen I arrived to pick up the truck I was told there was not reservation when I had booked it a month a head. Did get the truck but it created a lot of stress and frustration
jennifer MThis was not a smooth pickup transaction. It was delayed do to a lack of communication and knowhow. Information was not shared between the booking, pick up, and drop off.
