2 cops out front, 4 homeless hanging out front, guy had me back up the uhaul into a space after getting a homeless guy to move his van and had an argument w him. Never told me I was over miles or what additional charges may be. Really made me just wanna drive my truck next time!

The area is extremely sketchy and there are a lot of people loitering in the parking lot at night. I had a guy approach me asking for money and after I told him no, he proceeded to ask my wife. Not well lit, not much parking, Very dangerous area overall.

This location is dangerous, and I did not feel safe having to drop the u-haul vehicle off at this location. It is directly across the street from project housing and there were, what appeared to be homeless, people huddled all around the area. In addition to that there was someone with their shirt off smoking weed outside the convenience store and multiple yelling curse words at each other while another was breaking bottles on the side of the building. This location is a liability to you and puts your customers in unnecessary danger. There has to be plenty of other safe options in Huntsville, AL for drop off. Please take this feedback seriously for the sake of future customers. Sam Dean

I was double charged the safe move expense which shows 2 x $28 for a 4 hour rental. It cost me $170 to rent a 15 foot truck for 4 hours and about 45 miles which is the most I've ever paid for that.

This location charged me for a total of 4 days (and didn’t close out the ticket when it was returned it) when I rented for 10 hours and returned it the same day. Charging me up to 270 and more for their error. I need to be refunded!

I felt very uneasy and unsafe at this drop off location. NO way would I have gone here after dark so I was thankful that is was a bright sunny day but still there were sketchy people hanging around in the parking lot that made me feel unsafe. Inside the drop off location the store was filled with smoke that was a mixture of cigarettes but also "something else". The gentleman that took my key just said "thanks" and gave me a thumbs up. I was unsure if there was anything else I needed to do so I just took several photos with my phone to make sure I documented everything I had done. As I was getting into my friends car who came with me we saw this same gentleman come outside the store and walk over in front of the Uhaul rental I had just returned and begin to relieve himself on the ground. Had I been more familiar with the town we were moving to I would have never gone to this area and would definitely not have chosen this as my drop off location. It was however, the only option for drop off on a Sunday when I booked the rental.

It took over 30 minutes to get the keys to the UHAL. The store clerk asked me to move to the side for more than 25 mins so he could assist the customers coming in the store.

The location was not the best, there was people standing in front of the store, just not a good vibe. I was very uncomfortable. I dropped off on Saturday around 1 PM and it was not processed until Monday after I had called several times.

I reserved a 10ft truck a week in advance and there wasn’t one so they sent me 20 minutes out of my way to get one. When I got there they didn’t have the 10ft truck I was told I was getting. I got charged extra for a larger truck, the reverse light was out and the gas tank was not where it was supposed to be and the location of pick up was extremely sketchy! 0/10

Not a safe location. People walking around begging for money inside and outside the store. No where to park the truck and not feeling safe with the environment.

Horrible and shady part of town. People looking like zombies on drugs loitering all over the place - harassing people as they walk inside. I ordered supplies and equipment that was not in or on the truck. The cashier wanted me to move another U-Haul truck that was blocking my U-Haul truck because he was afraid to leave the store due to the "regulars" stealing stuff while he was gone. Wouldn't recommend this location even to my enemies.

You need to remove this location as a uhaul pickup option. It felt incredibly unsafe, there was a ton of people in and outside of the store and only one person working inside. There was a fight outside of the store while I was inside filling out the forms on the most unclean tablet I've ever seen. The wifi didn't work well enough to email myself the agreement and I had to take pictures of the tablet. The one person working had to keep checking people out while I was trying to fill out the forms to get the truck because people inside were yelling at him to hurry. Outside the store after I finally got my keys, one of the people hanging out outside the store told one of the women who was with me it wasn't safe for them to be here. The trucks were parked on a narrow grass gravel lot behind the gas station next to a dumpster. I could barely get the truck out of the small space. Do not allow anyone else to use this location.

This is a run down gas station in an extremely sketchy area with people loitering out front and heckling people using the gas pump. I felt unsafe the entire time I was returning the vehicle.

Horrible location. In a VERY bad area of town and we felt in danger the entire time there. Then when my husband went to leave with the truck it was partly opened so he thankfully opened the back to make sure it was ok. He found a man … most likely someone strung out on drugs… lying in the back of the truck. It was horrible!!!

I would not recommend this location. The store is dirty. They smoke inside of the store. I asked for a receipt for the return of the U-haul and they told me they do not provide any evidence of return, they just wanted the key. I asked if he would come out to look over the vehicle and the level of fuel in the tank. He refused, and said they don't need to do so. I said I would feel better if he did. Again, he refused. Sixty hours later, I had not received an email confirming the vehicle had been checked in. I called customer service and they emailed the location to ask them to check the vehicle in. At last check on the website the truck still has not been checked in.

Homeless man with very few clothes on was harassing everyone who went into the store. He was behind the truck I rented and I had to tell him to leave. It was slow process even though I checked in online.

My pickup location was moved to a part of the city that is not safe. There was garbage everywhere and sketchy people behind the dumpster. I saw people urinating behind the gas station and someone was sleeping on the ground near the truck.

Location was kind of Sketchy and seemed unorganized. Crowded and not alot to room to complete the forms required for rental. Customers in store seemed kind of sketchy in this convience store location. I would not recommend friends or family to rent from this location mostly in the evening. Thanks

This was a service station. They sell crack pipes and I did not feel safe while I was there. This is not a safe place to be. I can’t believe U-Haul would allow a place like this to represent them.

This location had no signage regarding U-Haul rental, and we could only go by the address and a U-Haul truck on the lot of the gas station. The clerk who did our rental pick up, stopped several times during the process to sign for deliveries, & check out other patrons. I paid for 12 packing blankets, but he only had six available which he brought out to me in an unfolded mess. I had to fold them to see how many blankets there actually were. Totally unprofessional!

Uhaul rescheduled my pick-up location without my concurrence sending me to separate locations for the truck and trailer. The additional trailer that Uhaul requested that I pull to my destination was not at the separate location that they sent me to to pick-up the truck. The trailer location had no record of the trailer; once the reservation was found, it was determined that the location was the same as the truck pick-up. The truck pick-up location did not have the Appliance dolly that was requested. Last but not least, the designated truck pick-up location was a dilapidated gas station/convenience store/drug-den and the service representative did not have internet access which required me to provide a "hot-spot" so that he could have me fill out my own rental agreement because he was to busy selling Delta-8s, Mickey's tall boys, and gas to vapes to the clientele. Uhaul can (and has in the past) do much better but the truck pick-up location should not be an authorized Uhaul vendor! That said, the truck worked fine.

This pick up location is at a gas station. My pick up was interrupted several times for other people who came in after me could make their purchases. I even had to step aside for a woman to purchase an individual cigarette, not a pack, just one cigarette. I’m not certain that’s legal. I was uncomfortable the entire time. At the end of the pick up when the paperwork was completed, the cashier just handed me the key. For previous pickups, the agent has always walked out with me to everything is working correctly. I was grateful my brother-in-law was there to drive the truck out of the tight corner it was parked in.

Felt unsafe!!!!!! Convenience vap store, definitely not a place to pick up a rental truck. My reservation required furniture pads and they had nothing. Horrible experience.
