The cab of the truck was so dirty we had to wash it - took over 30 minutes to clean. The inside of the truck was also dirty. I would not have taking it if there were more options
WADIA MCould not understand person who rented truck to me. (Poor communication skills). I thought rental was $19.99 yet ended up being $145.00 for 18 miles. I rented smallest truck and thought maybe there was a large deposit and I would receive money back.
SANDRA LThe drop off "attendant" was the gas station attendant. He had little knowledge of the U-Haul business. He simply took the key. They tried to charge me for gas when I returned the truck with more gas that when I picked up. I had to call and get this resolved.
Rodney RWhile very nice, the clerk seemed unfamiliar with the process and it took too long to get the keys, even after going through the U-Haul app and showing her the confirmation screen that said I could be handed the keys. I had Moving Help waiting and the time it took to get the truck ate into the four hours of labor I paid for. Additionally, I was not allowed to park my car in the lot (even for 30 minutes) when I drove the truck away. I had to move my car to the Subway parking lot across the street, drive the truck to the loading site, order a Lyft *back* to pick up my car, and only then did the move begin, I lost an hour of labor to movers who were sitting around waiting for me. In the future I will only pick up and return trucks to the main U-haul office.

Eileen RDid not know this was a self-drop off location. Was not prepared for all the photos and other information I had to provide to drop off the vehicle. The person working at the gas station where the drop-box is located knew nothing and was not helpful. He asked me to provide the keys to him. Luckily I watched the video and completed the steps on the app to avoid extra charges and leaving keys with a gas station attendant versus the drop box. I would have preferred to drop off at an actual U-haul store.
JENNIFER DI arrived for my pick up at 9am as scheduled. The gentleman at the counter knew nothing about my appointment . He said he wasn’t trained on it. I believe he called his boss to find out what to do. I ended up having to check out the truck on a 3 way call with a woman and a man who I supposed were the owners. They also didn’t have the appliance dolly I ordered. Opon dropping off the truck there was a young lady at the counter who also didn’t know anything about the U-Haul services. When checking out I was charged for 150 miles assuming that’s what I might have used. I told her that I only used 76 miles and asked if I was going to be reimburse the remaining balance since I didn’t use the mileage. She just replied yes and took the keys. She didn’t come outside to check the mileage or the condition of the truck, nor give me any receipt for any for returning. I still haven’t received my difference in my account.
Raymond BThe people working are nice, but it appears they are not trained on operating the U-Haul systems. One of the guys had to call someone to have me tell him my information out loud. And then asked for my card information over the phone. I did not feel comfortable making the transaction like this and asked to cancel this location. They insisted business and finally worked the computer that’s onsite and completed the “deposit” process. I hope for the next person using this location, they are well trained and have a better way on giving instructions on how to get the U-Haul taken care of.
