THOMAS MTrailer looked clean when I picked it up. However when I unloaded -- I realized everything had cat hair on the bottom -- boxes, luggage, etc. Although disappointing --- I want to say that EVERYONE I dealt with was very service oriented and customer focused I'll rent again when needed............
Leo WThe truck was kept on a muddy lot and the floor boards were muddy. The attendant didn’t help me load the car carrier. One of the tires on the car carrier was worn and would not pass inspection. I was told he didn’t have another trailer but the tire would be ok. I traveled 1900 miles with that tire and the people at the other end couldn’t believe they let that car carrier on the road. In my opinion this attendant should be dismissed as a representative of U-haul.
William LThey were very rude to me. I have been doing-business with U-Haul for 30 years. I have never been treated as disrespectful as they did at this location. Do not recommend!!!!!

Terri FTrailer checked out at pick up, but had an unknown issue with the lights. Lights quit working in route to destination, resulting in a traffic ticket for no lights. No one was interested in a follow up request or credit towards fees.

Rhonda TBasic info: I am out of state and paid for the U-haul services for my elderly mother. The services provided are just a disaster. The first problem is the reservation location was altered, this was further out of the way for her and the driver. Poor start but not terrible. Next, I had paid for both a utility dolly and a furniture dolly. Neither was included but I am still being charged despite emailing support. How difficult is it to check for a few items to be included? I've worked service industry and this is just a lack of effort and laziness. Third problem, despite being returned by 2pm that same day, it was written up as being returned the next day. Perhaps if these locations followed some basic processes and procedures reservations would not get messed up. The absolute lack of professionalism and competence is astounding. I have never had an experience this bad with U-haul.

Bryant GRude Training someone or talking instead of helping me. Even though I told the lady my intention with the Uhaul she wrote it up wrong and I ended up being charged more at the end of the day. I had to go to another Uhaul center to rent blankets and a dolly. They failed to tell me they were out. That lead to me paying my movers extra money for waiting around. This experience was very poor.

Daniel SPlease make sure rates are accurate. I was told my reservation fee was $35 and some change. Got there for pickup and I had to pay $78. $100 was put on hold. After all fees, insurance, gas mileage AND had to fill the tank back up - I only got a 0.65 cent refund. Will never use or recommend Uhual again. I’ll be using Penske from now on.
Kristen BThe location was changed the morning I was supposed to pick it up. It actually was closer, so it worked in my favor. However, it does make me question the purpose of a "reservation" it the issuing party can change the terms at the last minute. Overall things worked out well.
Monte KWe informed them of a hole in top of the 6x12 trailer so it could be repaired. It rained on us some and water came leaked in and got 2 memory foams pillows wet, our king mattress and couple pictures laying on the mattress. We kept fans blowing on all for 24 hours non stop. I also had to go to the Uhaul location at 1132 Pass Road, Gulfport, MS, for a maintenance issue and the team there was very knowledgeable and helpful as well, especially Sean. Very much appreciate the prompt and courteous customer service. Will definitely recommend to family and friends in the Gulfport metro area.

Kyle WThe drop off place was helpful they actually had knowledge of your system they even thought I was done completely wrong by the HillBilly mall location of I had to recommend a uhaul location it could be this location however I'm personally not interested in uhauls services since I couldn't ever receive the help I needed from calling the 1800 after I realized what the first lady did
JENNIFER BWe returned the equipment 22 hours after rental. We reserved it for 2 days but finished early so ensured it was clean and returned early. We were told we were out of luck for any refund because U-Haul does not allow it. We have rented from you several times and have always been refunded for unused time if 24 or more hours is still on the rental. He was very smug when he said that we should always rent the equipment for at least a day less than we expect to need it, then just not return it until we are finished. His reasoning for this was you don’t give refunds and if you are even 5 minutes late you will be charged another 24 hours rental. If U-Hail has adopted these methods of robbing their customers we will be looking for another company to do business with in the future!!!

Benjamin RThis was a construction supply store and U-Haul is a side gig. Upon returning the trailer I was directed to a business office at the rear of the store. Although there were 2 males and a female in the office, I waited 10 minutes for anyone to greet me and help me. No one looked at the trailer. I was told I would get a final bill via email. Its been 3 days & no final bill yet.
Dennis GEverything went smoothly this time. Only issue I had was that the trailer return location is on a bit of a hill and when I disconnected the trailer it rolled down the hill into a fence. Didn't hurt anything though.
Stephen NComputers were not working properly so it took like 30 minutes of sitting around to only find out that they had already given my rental away to someone else. Then I was sent to a 2nd out of the way u-haul location only to stand in line for at least another 30 minutes, where I finally did eventually get a trailer.
Stephen NThis is the second time I've gone to Phillips Building Supply for a UHaul rental, and I have to say the people there are absolutely great at working with you and finding what you need.

Nicholas RI made two reservations on different days for the SAME location (Phillips). since it was closest to the hotel I would be staying at. The first reservation was for the day after Valentines Day which would have ruined my love life, since I was flying in the day prior to get the truck. I quickly changed it to two days after Valentines. Once again for Phillips. After I had received my truck and was in the middle of loading it, I got a call from a different U Haul location asking if I was going to pick up my truck. I NEVER reserved a truck at that location.
