We informed them of a hole in top of the 6x12 trailer so it could be repaired. It rained on us some and water came leaked in and got 2 memory foams pillows wet, our king mattress and couple pictures laying on the mattress. We kept fans blowing on all for 24 hours non stop. I eventually put the each pillow in dryer. We aren’t certain about the mattress. Time will tell. I can be reached at 901-674-7248. My name is Brenda Schuk.

Very much appreciate the prompt and courteous customer service. Will definitely recommend to family and friends in the Gulfport metro area.

Kyle WThe drop off place was helpful they actually had knowledge of your system they even thought I was done completely wrong by the HillBilly mall location of I had to recommend a uhaul location it could be this location however I'm personally not interested in uhauls services since I couldn't ever receive the help I needed from calling the 1800 after I realized what the first lady did
JENNIFER BWe returned the equipment 22 hours after rental. We reserved it for 2 days but finished early so ensured it was clean and returned early. We were told we were out of luck for any refund because U-Haul does not allow it. We have rented from you several times and have always been refunded for unused time if 24 or more hours is still on the rental. He was very smug when he said that we should always rent the equipment for at least a day less than we expect to need it, then just not return it until we are finished. His reasoning for this was you don’t give refunds and if you are even 5 minutes late you will be charged another 24 hours rental. If U-Hail has adopted these methods of robbing their customers we will be looking for another company to do business with in the future!!!

Benjamin RThis was a construction supply store and U-Haul is a side gig. Upon returning the trailer I was directed to a business office at the rear of the store. Although there were 2 males and a female in the office, I waited 10 minutes for anyone to greet me and help me. No one looked at the trailer. I was told I would get a final bill via email. Its been 3 days & no final bill yet.
Dennis GEverything went smoothly this time. Only issue I had was that the trailer return location is on a bit of a hill and when I disconnected the trailer it rolled down the hill into a fence. Didn't hurt anything though.
Stephen NComputers were not working properly so it took like 30 minutes of sitting around to only find out that they had already given my rental away to someone else. Then I was sent to a 2nd out of the way u-haul location only to stand in line for at least another 30 minutes, where I finally did eventually get a trailer.
Stephen NThis is the second time I've gone to Phillips Building Supply for a UHaul rental, and I have to say the people there are absolutely great at working with you and finding what you need.

Nicholas RI made two reservations on different days for the SAME location (Phillips). since it was closest to the hotel I would be staying at. The first reservation was for the day after Valentines Day which would have ruined my love life, since I was flying in the day prior to get the truck. I quickly changed it to two days after Valentines. Once again for Phillips. After I had received my truck and was in the middle of loading it, I got a call from a different U Haul location asking if I was going to pick up my truck. I NEVER reserved a truck at that location.

Brian MThe gentleman that took care of me did fine...he gave me the keys to the truck, said he was going to check to make sure it was clean so I wouldn't get charged for that. Well he didn't come out to check it so we had to leave. I brought the truck to the place of dropoff early (the day before expected) The next day I got an email from U-Haul for a bill charging me for not cleaning the truck (there was nothing to clean! We left the truck just like we got it! and for extra mileage! To say the least, I'm angry and I will not rent a U-Haul again!
Cheryl BI called several times and no one could assist me with changing the destination on our rental. We had the rental over 1 night and moved it less than 100 miles then we're charged for 2 extra days. I tried to call to ask about the charge and lost connection. Rented 1 Tow trailer in Gulfport Ms had a last minute change of plans and dropped it off the next day before 3pm in Biloxi. Charged 2 extra days for what I am still not sure. If the charge was for the holiday - the rented equipment was there and I had called in the address - I shouldn't have to pay for that location not checking it until after a holiday. Called customer service for help with charge explanation and she transferred me to a number that did not answer. Overall very disheartening service from U-Haul.
Sefcet KThe driver door doesn’t close all the way. You can clearly tell that someone has pried it open before so the drive is so loud. The inside of the truck was filthy. Stains all over the seats and it smelled horrible. The setup to go pick up a unit from Philips is crazy. You walk in and have to go all the way in the back to the employee offices and stand there awkwardly while they fumble through the paperwork. Overall I felt like an inconvenience to the people in the store. It’s the first time I’ve ever felt like a business was frustrated to be taking my money. Not sure how much of this is U-Hauls responsibility vs Phillips responsibility but it was the most uncomfortable experience I’ve had as a customer. I definitely won’t be picking up from this location again.
Joel LHad a reservation for a small cargo trailer which totaled $16.00 after tax. Got to the location to pick up and the guy that was helping me couldn’t operate his computer to save his life. He tried to charge me $55 then couldn’t figure out why. After about 30-45 minutes I was able to get out of there. I turned the trailer in that same night after hours. Never received a notification that the trailer was checked back in the next day. The location says they close at 4:30 pm online but when I called at 2:00pm I was told that they had gone home for the day and to call back tomorrow. I called the 24/7 number and found out that the trailer had indeed not been checked in and they put me on hold and called the location. When they returned they said that they spoke with them and that there was only one person working and she hadn’t been able to get out to check the trailer in because of the rain but when the rain lets up she will get it done and assured me that I would not be charged for an additional day of use. It hadn’t rained all morning and at about the time I called started to sprinkle for about 5 mins then stopped. For sure won’t be going back to this location. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL and lazy. No sense of urgency and based on my experience they seem somewhat dishonest turning people away saying they are closed and then saying they couldn’t get to it because of the whether. What a disappointment.

Kenneth MMy experience with the 24/7 pickup and drop off was horrible. I had to extend over 3 times because the pick up was difficult. I had to wait on hold for 1 hour to return because the app wouldn’t allow me to enter my mileage.

TIJUANA WLes was very friendly and professional. When we arrived we found out that our harness/electrical was not wired properly. He sent us to U-Haul on Pass Road to have them take a look at it. Their crew on Pass Road was amazing! They spent about three hours working on our vehicle rewiring the system to make it functional. They got the job done so that we could return to Phillips and pick up our trailer to get us on the road. Thank you to that particular Gulfport crew. We could not have done it (traveled home) without you!!
Sarah BThe trailer had a blow out less than halfway through my trip. I sat beside the interstate nearly 3 hours before someone arrived to change the tire. It took roadside assistance 45 minutes before I received a response. Very poor customer service. Inexcusable.

Jessie JInside of cab was dirty and the back of the truck had trash and was not swept out. I didn’t have access to my phone when returning truck to check it In online, but it was returned same day I rented.
KAFFIE WRented an open trailer with a ramp. Got to the store and it had a flat tire. They told me I could take it to pass road and uhaul would fix it but would take about 2 hours. WHAT?

Johnny AHave service and equipment! The employee was nice, did all she could for us but with no service in the building made it hard to do the online stuff like updating license photo and info. The store didn’t have the utility dolly. Customer service was called since there was no service in building and she was suppose to take off utility dolly but that didn’t happen. I had to call customer service waiting 30 mins to get refunded today. We waited over an hour to get the uhaul which is a long time when you’re trying to move and I’m pregnant and was hangry. Overall it was an awful experience. No one seemed to care to help the employee at all who was new. It was rude for other employees to walk around doing nothing and not offering to help. Next time I’ll just pay movers. We didn’t get the equipment needed. Building needs internet if uhaul wants to do online check in

Craig MThey refused to inspect the truck when I dropped it off and were very rude. Also charged me a $100 damage fee the next day with no explanation. The truck was in better condition than when I picked it up. I will be disputing this with my credit card company. Completely unacceptable.
Jason CYou should not use that location there is no one around it is in a very bad part of town. Otis very unsafe. The truck was very dirty & by the time I got To where the truck was it was to late to use it that day I was informed of the location I ordered blankets & a dolly neither of which were provided Worst experienced ever .
