Reserved a truck at Van Nuys location, but got a call saying they didn’t have the 10ft truck and to pick up at Picasso Auto Body, This location is the worst, no parking, no signage, hard to find someone to help me. The person didn’t care about much, I ask for the blankets I pay for and he is said to they don’t carry blankets and to call u-haul. I decided to drive to Van Nuys location, they had at least 3 of the 10 ft trucks but no blankets. They then sent me to the warehouse for blankets which they had, after telling them I had been driving all over trying to get blankets, they said they would take the charge off which was nice of them. So overall I am very unhappy, especially having to drive to find blankets and paying for miles to find them. On the website it says if you don’t have what reserved i could receive $50, I think that should count for what I went through. Plus I had less time to move everything because of all the running around.

Charles FPoor communication. “Office” displayed poor knowledge of where keys were. I went back & forth with rep over the phone to the office rep on site trying to get the keys. The mobile pick up process was not the easiest. Not sure if it was due to this site being a third party. Overall very frustrating.
