My location got changed about five times . No one explained the check in we were told just leave the key in the box . I was not impressed how things kept changing in the one week time . Awful customer experience and never got a final receipt either
Angela FOur truck died in Duncan after we filled up the tank. We called Pier 1 Storage & explained our situation. Steven SI've used this location multiple times throughout the years, they have the best customer service in the area. My only complaints are that the trailer leaked and the hitch was hard to connect to the vehicle. A little WD-40 helped with the hitch, but it was still difficult to get onto the ball. It rained significantly during the trip, through multiple states. Thankfully I put all important items in totes, we used hard shell suitcases, and the items soaked in boxes weren't damaged.

James BThis location was 40 minutes farther than my requested pick up location; they didn’t have all the equipment that was ordered; and were not friendly when asked about not having everything. Then, when I called the overall UHaul number they said there was nothing they can do but have someone call me back in 24-48 hours; 72 hours later I received an email to call someone back that didn’t leave a number or name!

Jason RWhen I am renting in Duncan Oklahoma I will not rent from anywhere else, hands down the best. Very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful, they helped me out and hooked me up and made my whole experience a breeze.
Allen MTook over four hours to pick up the truck with truck share. Stayed on hold with customer service for FOUR HOURS, and was hung up on 3 different times. Scheduled for a call back got it, stayed on hold for another hour. Then after picking it up was charged almost twice what the original contract was for. Will never do this again.
Christian ZUtilizing the automated checkout at pickup, the mileage that showed on the app was almost 500 miles different from the actual mileage on the truck. I took pictures. I entered the correct Mileage but at turn in the App used there originally wrong mileage and said my fee would Be around $500. I made comments on the app and I suppose it was Finally corrected.
George DLady behind the counter was nice & professional. The equipment was a little muddy & had one marker light 💡 out which I let them know about after my return with a phone 📱 call. Thankfully I didn’t have to tow at night. I doubt police 👮♀️ would bother but it’s just a little maintenance item that should be fixed.

David MOnline process is super easy and definitely user friendly. I’m not sure if I missed it somewhere in the agreement or not but I was not aware of a deposit needing to be placed with a cash order. I feel like that is something that should be made aware so everyone can make sure they have enough funds. I got lucky today and happened to have an extra $20 bill. The deposit needing to be made is not the issue, but just the unknowing of needing one. I brought this up to the worker and I am completely aware she has no control over that, I was just trying to let her know that you guys should add that online about the deposit and she was extremely rude. I will never use this location again.
Megan BNever saw the location. I had to drive to a different location 60 miles away to pick up the vehicle. I have worked with pier one in the past they are great people. It wasn’t their fault that uhaul the company really screwed up.
BRIAN SMy only problem is renting a 6 x 12 heavy trailer with no trailer Jack and nobody really did help you lift it onto your hitch. U-Haul should consider the liability of back injuries to the customers. I have a past back injury and items like that it’s not helpful to it. There is no way to hook or unhook the heavy tongue trailer without lifting it clear from the ground.
