LLOYD LAwful! No data service at this location. Owner was annoyed with having to help us because there was no data for Mobile pickup. Charged me for the estimated 25 miles but only used 15. Owners kid was trying to say the contact miles were incorrect. I will fight for my money back until I get it! I will never recommend this place for U-Haul or their services!

James KThe vehicle burned an excessive amount of gas. I drove it locally and put 7 gallons in it . Upon return I was charged an additional 6 gallons($4.50/gal ) by U-Haul. The transmission didn’t function properly getting stuck in second gear at times. It burned 13 gallons after I drove 100 miles while the vehicle was empty. Outrageous!
ERIC VMy drop-off location was switched to this location. It was not open when I dropped off the trailer. Additionally, cell service/Wi-Fi was not available so using the U-Haul app to return was not convenient as I had to drive to find reception, drive back to the U-Haul location, and drive back to the place I had reception to complete the drop-off process.
James RMake it easier to drop off at nearest U-Haul location. The original associate at pick up location had to put in "customer to choose later" or something to that effect. Then, I got a text sending me to Pierce Tire about 12 miles away from my move to location and I passed at least 2 other locations on the way. Then, the location was closed on a Saturday and I was put on hold for awhile with bad cell reception (and thus no ability to use an App either). This was not a good experience. Sanford location was great but overall ease of the process with corporate was poor.

WILLIAM N4 months after dropoff of the trailer. we were charged over $2,500 that was directly debited from our checking account. The U-Haul error was only discovered after I called the location and it was eventually refunded.
JEFF QMy order was reserved with uhaul.com by phone. When I went to pick it up, I was told it had to be reprocessed and my card was charged twice.
Russell aPoor poor service including not checking in trucks for 2 days, overcharging at drop off, promising adjustment on invoice, checked back next day and no adjustment. Poor poor customer service.
Penny MDid not check in vehicles for 2 days. Overcharged on each vehicle. Promised correction/adjustment on bill. upon check back next day, no corrections/adjustment made. Poor, poor experience upon drop off.
Penny MTook forever to check in even though I had done it on line prior to. They were courteous and tried their best, but it appeared the computer equipment, etc. was out of date as their information did not match what I had entered on line. It was, to say the least, a painfully long experience that should be avoided with all other customers.

William FI would put in place that all equipment before delivering have tire pressure checked, brake lights checked. The majority of customer s when leaving a vendor hasn't a clue to check a trailer that your loading with so much weight. The wire to the brakes was long enough to drag on the ground and could have caught on anything it was dragged over then unplugged the electrical functions. I taped up the wire so it wasn't exposed to hanging down. Also our horse trailers never required so a long tongue. I'm not clear what purpose that served.I was very happy with whom I picked up and dropped off with and the trailer. Pierce checked the tire pressure to the trailer and my own vehicle after I asked if that could be done and they took time to tighten the nut and tel me how to check the nut later after I got home. LYNDSEY TTrailer door caused me many issues. It was a pain to open before loading. Once loaded and got items to destination took several tries to get it back open. When we dropped it off at Uhaul location they couldn't get it open as well. They marked it out of service. As many of Uhaul items I have rented and had issues Uhaul has NEVER offered me any refund or compensation. Kinda disappointed since I have rented 4 or 5 trailers in the past 6 months.
GREGORY DThe trailer needs service. The door would jam closed and require the use of a crowbar to open. I had to stand and support the door while my husband loaded and unloaded.
