MARY SI reserved a 20ft truck in Eufaula but had to drive all the way to Brundidge to get it. Then they didn't add the milage difference so I ended up getting charged extra for mileage. If you reserve a truck it should be held for you. Or at the very least add the extra mileage.
BRIAN HIt is a grassy parking lot. You just put the keys in a drop box. You do not interact with any one.

Leisa TCustomer service was excellent! I had no issues with the equipment I used, as it was in great condition and did what it was supposed to do in order for me to complete my task. The only thing I'll add is that it would be great if the price could decrease if you use the equipment for an hour or so, or less but other than this, great company and I would definitely do business here again.

desmond gSo, I made my reservations and picked up the Uhaul on a Friday, but was uncertain if I needed 2 days of rental for Sat. Well, I did need a second day. I knew mileage would not be a huge expense because I only made a round trip from Brundidge to Troy and a few trips from my home to the location of my storage, so I declined the insurance coverage. So once I get my bill this representative charged me 14.00 a day for coverage. May be small, but I’m asking for this coverage back and I have him on record with me telling him I don’t need coverage. So be mindful of the hidden fees.

JAMES PIN AND OUT EASILY. THE OWNER THERE LET ME PARK MY PERSONAL VEHICLE THERE WITH NO PROBLEMS. I WOULD GLADLY RECCOMEND TO ANYBODY NEEDING TO GET A UHAUL. HE ALSO KNOWS COMPUTERS AS WELL. HE CAN HOOK YOU UP ON COMPUTER NEED.
