Allow for extra time with lower extension fee. Allow for less than fuel cost when returned truck is less than amount required. Perhaps if truck has a full tank upon pickup it would be easier for customers to refill than some random amount. This is my 2nd time using this location. The people who work there are very pleasant and helpful.
