Holly BThe rental location was great as far as pick up and return. It was a nice location with extremely helpful associates. The fact that I had to drive 90 minutes to pick this type of trailer up and drive another 90 minutes to drop it off is completely unacceptable. I requested this type of trailer in plenty of time for one to be moved to one of the uhaul dealers at my location. There are several in the area. This took away precious time I needed to move valuables from storage to our home.
Raymond MI stressed several times to the young man that we wanted a one way rental; however, he was very busy with customers while he was trying to help us and the contract was drawn up wrong. I will take responsibility for not looking the contract before we left the state, but dealing with the people at the U-Haul office was a night mare and I hope I never have to rent anything from you again. Your employees were less than helpful.
