Have a better self check in. Took over 30 plus minutes to check in after we arrived at location. Then another 15 to 20 plus minutes to finish check in with more information. We thought we self checked in before we left to pick up truck. Therefore we didn’t have other info on hand when we arrived at location. U-Haul employees were very helpful and informative. We should have been able to just pick up key when we arrived . Very complicated for seniors who aren’t technically knowledgeable of technology. Thank you for the help on the phone though now we are 1 plus hours behind schedule. We should have been able to put license info before hand and reference. Thanks again
Frank DWhen we tried to pick up the truck and drop it off. The web site for u-haul would not recognize the location. Finely had to call to get help to get past the location. Other then that it was a great experience. Thank you.
