Locked building with a sign that said “back at 9:30” - Was 11:30 when I stopped by. Absolutely nowhere to park the vehicle. No clear signage at all. Dirty. The first time I called, someone answered the phone and was pleasant - When I arrived and it was an empty junkyard, I called back twice. No one answered the phone… the man working at the gas station next door was more helpful than anyone at this actual location.

Did not have appliance dolly in truck as I requested I tried to use reg dolly in truck which did not work at all. I got charged for both. I have requested appliance dolly off but should not pbe charged for either,

Nyah NOnly issue was water got into truck and got a lot of my stuff wet. I understand it was raining but was disappointed how bad truck roof leaks.
