Charged a $200 fee for a missing dolly. Dolly was never given. We submitted the before and after pictures and told the attendant we never received it. Giving 3 days for the dispute to process.

I picked up this car dolly but never actually got to use it because I was dealing with a moron from Facebook Marketplace. I purchased a car and when I went to pick it up the idiot never responded to me and then he just disappeared. Even though this rental was a total waste of my money and time I did get to meet Daryl, the gentleman that was managing this location, when I picked it up. He was a very nice guy and we talked about cars for quite a while before I left with the dolly. Because Daryl was such an awesome guy, with great stories to tell, I would definitely return to this location in the future even though I have a couple of other U-Haul locations very close to where I live. I will also recommend this location to anyone I speak to that need a rental. Thank you.

The property I a called PINKY'S FEED and Uhaul. I would laugh but hurts. That name is exactly what it looks like. So in that light I haven't seen a better looking Uhaul even as country as it is. With that same paradigm: The owner was turning out the lights as if he was closing got in his PINKY'S FEED mobile and drove 100 ft home. Right next door beautiful home and RV etc very impressive property. He is a classy classic

The van smelled of cigarettes. So bad our clothes smelled. There were old french fries and dirty cabin. I had to shower after I returned the van, I felt gross and I will not rent from there again.

You cannot make this a better experience! My wife and I were expecting the same cold, distanced reproach with the inner city U-Haul’s that we have had to deal with in the past and to our surprise, we were welcomed in like we were one of their own.
