TRACY BI always go to Pinkies for when I need a rental truck or trailer. Nice and down home person. We always have good conversations. But this time I met Daryl and he is as nice a person as you could meet. And if the people are nice, the service is very good. Daryl fixed me up with what I needed. So kind and willing to help. PETER BMy rental was a local event, so I got to work with the attendant twice. He was great - twice. Trailer was clean and ready to go. I showed-up a few minutes early for pick up and he didn't mind. Traffic was terrible for return, but he didn't mind. Great place to work with!

FLOYD HPinky is a very nice man, did a good job checking me in and getting me on my way. The trailer was in good, clean condition. However, the property is pretty messy, which is maybe a poor reflection on the U-Haul brand?

NORMA CCharged a $200 fee for a missing dolly. Dolly was never given. We submitted the before and after pictures and told the attendant we never received it. Giving 3 days for the dispute to process.
