Exceptional Service Beyond Expectations! I recently rented two utility dollies from this U-Haul location, and I can honestly say the entire experience was absolutely seamless. From start to finish, the service was smooth, professional, and above all, friendly. A very special thanks to Shauna, who was not only incredibly helpful during the rental process but also went above and beyond when I returned the equipment. I arrived after closing time, unsure if I’d be able to drop off the dollies. A staff member whose name I unfortunately didn’t catch, kindly opened the door and offered to assist without hesitation. With calm professionalism, he took the dollies back and made sure everything was in order. To top it off, Shauna, who was already in her car and getting ready to leave for the day, noticed what was going on and reassured me that she would personally make sure everything was taken care of the next morning. That kind of dedication is rare and deeply appreciated. Both team members showed incredible kindness, flexibility, and a true customer-first attitude. They didn’t just do their jobs, they genuinely cared. It’s that kind of service that builds loyalty and earns trust. My booking was moved farther away from my destination so I paid for more mileage than I should have. The new location had no personal operating it and the on line check in was not working 45 minutes later and call in support I finally was checked in but 45 minutes behind schedule.

TOMER HThe location is great. The staff is friendly and very helpful. The app still has a lot of issues! It often kicks you out when you go to enter how many miles you estimate you’re going to drive - and then you have to start at the beginning of the Pick Up my Truck process again. Also, the app will often not accept/recognize the drivers licence photos. For this rental, I attempted uploading the photo about 8 times - with no success. I did the chat through the app to try and resolve this. Was not helpful! The CSR just asked me to take the photo again. Was not a good experience.
