SHARON HTruck was very random. I'm pretty sure there was supposed to be a running board. There was not one I feel like i was extremely overcharged. I picked the truck up at 5:45 Thursday evening, dropped it off before 3 on Sunday. And was charged for4 days I showed up 530 on Thursday went to Check-in with front desk. She said I did not need to just use the code that they sent you. She showed me how to do it when I did. It said expired after time if she would have not been there, I would have not been able to get the truck. We struggled for almost 30 minutes trying to get the lock off the truck. I'm pretty sure that the truck needs some kind of maintenance on the engine. We went 3 round trips. Less than 40 miles round-trip and it cost me almost $50 to refill the truck. I've just never had such a bad experience very disappointed and definitely feel like I was overcharged. I definitely will not be recommending. This company.
WONDA KYou charged me 127 dollars US at pickup for the rental, then refunded me after. Then charged me for another 135 dollars a week later making my account go into the negative costing me over $60 dollars in overdraft fees. This is ridiculous.
ADAM Jit is absolutely RIDICULOUS to rent a truck that's designed for hauling cargo across country when said truck doesn't have CRUISE CONTROL. if I'd know the truck didn't have CC before I left, I would have 100% gone somewhere else....

Justine MUHaul should provide the tank size for customers to estimate how much fuel to return with the vehicle. The fuel gauge in our truck did not register correctly and we inadvertently returned the truck with an additional $50 in fuel.

John PThe two Uhaul locations that are within 3 miles of each other should be able to work together. One location had 1 truck - the other had 6 trucks. What I rented was fine but if there was what I needed at the other location, offer that.
Scott CWe were to drop it off at the U-Haul location Greenfield Heights, Havelock NC. The name of the business was pinnacle storage, there was no one there, and the door was locked. It was Saturday, and according to the information on the door, they were to be open. we had to call U-Haul, customer service who told us to put the keys to the lockbox picture of the dash of the truck.not very satisfactory.
sherry dPlease verify that that all the lighting is in good working order prior to customer pick up or take out of service till repaired. Other than a lighting issue the dolly worked perfect with no other issues, the new location is great.
