get the reservations correct and passed to the correct location
ROBERT CGood location, and nothing wrong with them. We had a reservation in Grandy, 40 minutes closer to where we were staying, the reservation got changed the day before with an email that was not checked until the morning and never received a call. Moyock does not have any hitches to purchase so we had to drive another 4 minutes round trip to go to TSC. So all-in-all UHAUL wasted 2 hours of our time without a call which they are supposed to do the day before pickup. VERY poor on UHAUL.

Ron BOnce again I used the Pinnacle Storage facility for my Uhaul rental and the only thing that surpassed the equipment was the service I received from the ladies at the facility. Besides being professional they were also very helpful and friendly. As long as those ladies continue to work there you will have a long time lifetime customer.

john rWhen I picked up the rental there was a bald tire and I had to call roadside to change the tire before my trip. I feel like that should have been taken care of before hand and not put on the customer. Roadside was extremely helpful though and I had an amazing experience with them.

THOMAS VThe trailer was fine but I reserved blankets and dollies which were not available at pick up. They said too many people steal them so they dont have them. I should have known that when reserving on line. Bad for uhaul. They dont care about uhaul.

GRETCHEN MWaited out front for over 40 minutes. Sign on window out to lunch be back soon. Had to call 800 number to get checked out.dropped key and contract in mail box. Received email later that day with final bill. I was told it would be $40 they charged me over $100.

Jeff FWe returned the uhaul with the proper amount of gas needed at time of return per our rental agreement. We were charged the gas fee as well as fill up fee. We returned to the location once we received the bill. The manager went out to the vehicle and came back asking for my other half to verify the gas. He came back in and she said that she would be calling to U-Haul to fix the fee we had wrongfully been charged. No refund has been made.
