Wrong trolly available to what was reserved. Paid for it, but didn’t use it. No moving blankets at all although ordered, was refunded BUT I needed them which is why they were ordered Convenient hours and location

DEBORA YLeft rear signal light did not work. Made driving a bit scary. Funds charged based on estimation. Final invoice was less. Still haven’t heard anything about refund or credit for excess taken. Attendant did not go over returned vehicle in my presence, which would have made me feel more comfortable.

Stuart PMy comments have nothing to do with the location but with U-Haul itself. I wanted to change my contract from returning to same location to dropping it off to my destination city. But "Scheduling" department kept saying something about U-Haul truck was a local truck and they couldn't do it. This is a truck with Arizona License plates... Even the guy at the office was confused as to why they'd say that when it is common for their trucks to be left at different locations. So, NEVER U-Haul again.

NIKOLAY RThe trailer was missing the brake and signal light extension chord. I had to go to Canadian tire to buy the chord. This is a safety issue. No outlet should lease the trailer without the extension chord.
Sevag KWe asked to add a second dolly rental prior to completing the contract, it was misunderstood by the worker. When we went to to take the dolly’s we were told we could only have 1. I asked to rent the second and was told it could not be done, the contract was complete. No new contract could be made for a $7 dolly rental. Brutal.
Kirsten Aterrible drop off experience. attendant did not know anything about your product. no help no assistance to unload or accept the delivery. . I had t have him sign to confirm I dropped it off and took pictures of trailer and dollys to confirm,, get your sites trainer or dont use them.. gas stations should be off limits..

xiaojie CI have requested for a different drop of location and the person who helped me at the counter said I can drop off the U-Haul vehicle at my requested location. But when I went to drop off they said I cannot and I have to drop off at same location . I have called customer care and the location where I picked up U-Haul. No help I had to drop all my work and went back to drop of at the same location. Worst service ever

TERENCEJOSEPH CCheck out was long and difficult. We didn’t get any of the add on items with the truck. We went back and got the pads but never got the dollies but I was charged for them. Disappointing that on a difficult day like a moving day no one points out that you paid for something they haven’t given you.
