Very poor English, did not know how to use the system, had to cancel my reservation and start a new reservation to select mobile pick up, the app was stuck and I had to call your support line, truck was also in a snow bank with 2 ft of snow on it, no snow brush in the truck, had to use my personal one. Also windshield washer fluid was still summer as it continued to freeze when using it

I was called twice by U-Haul department about a wrong drop off location that was supposed to be looked after when I booked. Transferred 3 times on the phone before there was someone capable of proper communication. They then looked after the issue accordingly. Not a good experience overall

The trailers hitches are in the ground with no jacks or stands and you have to left them off the ground. This is not okay.

Gave bad directions on where they wanted the truck parked. Then told us we were wrong and wanted it somewhere else. Was rude, slow and his customer service was below poor. I will not do business with this location again.

Returned truck at 12:30pm, got a call at 9:30pm saying we didnt pay and just returned the truck, the lady was waiting for her husband. Unacceptable that someone has to wait for their husband to process a return and then charge an extra day because she didnt know what she was doing on top of the 10 phone calls at 9:30pm

I went to Pioneer gas bar in Sunderland. The worker took an hour and a half to give me my truck because he was serving customers at the same time for gas. I asked him if I could drop the truck off at a closer U-Haul he said yes drop it there and put your keys in the box. Which I did I dropped it off in Port Perry Ontario. My bill is massive $370. I’m really not sure what they charge me but I only went 74 miles and my rental was 29.99. Because the worker told me I could drop it off at a closer U-Haul. I think they’re charging me at least an extra day because I didn’t take it back there, but I asked them can I drop it off and he said yes. Could somebody please call me? My name is patricia smith. Picked up the Vehicle. The owner had a difficult time setting up the pickup. Took pictures of vehicle and picked up. Charged a cleanup fee of 25 dollars but only drove to the location and unloaded. Single driver and left the vehicle as picked up.
